Seller claimed to have mailed the package, but I never received it. After I contacted the seller, they said they sent me the wrong tracking information. They promised to "re-ship" the package and assured me that I would receive it by July 1, 2021, but, of course, the shipment never came. When I reached out to them again and asked them to just CANCEL the order, they said they couldn't because the order had already "shipped," and that they would send me the tracking number later. That was 3 days ago — so, after nearly a month, no shipment confirmation, no tracking #, and item still not received. FRAUDULENT COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Never received order took my money and no replies to my request
USPS tracking says the item was delivered but I did not receive. Went to the local post office and they verified that package was sent to a different address. Walmart reached out to this vendor to inquire and never received a response.
Never received items. Tracking says they were delivered. After checking with Post Office the address they sent packages to was the wrong street with no number. Street name not even close to mine. My tracking showed my address. Have no idea how this could have happened.
