Total scam.sent me a broken computer. Do not give them ur money!
bought through walmart. worked fine until i tried to use the wifi- now i have a computer that doesn't work- they don't answer their phone and tell you to email. they don't respond to their email. Walmart contacted them several times for us. Still no answer and walmart gives us the run around as well. I had a year warranty. I bought this in June. I lost my money on this. They do not respond and do not honor their warranty.
I can’t leave a rating other than one. Micomp does not return an answer to questions and the computer is not what I wanted. Absolutely do not order a refurbished computer from them. No help at all.
Piece of junk. First computer over heated. Returned for a replacement. Couldn't go without a computer so I broke down and bought a new one. Weeks later replacement refurb came from MICOMP. Never hooked it up until today and it will not even come on. Questionable on how they are an authorized Microsoft refurbisher. Do not buy anything from these folks.
Never received my computer and it is worse than having teeth pulled getting my money back. DO NOT BUY.
I ordered a NEW HP Windows 10 computer from Wal-Mart and received a used Dell with the expired Windows 7 operating system.
Bought a computer May 22, have been trying to return it for a month. I have called Wal-Mart customer service 6 times still no help.I payed to return it.Cant reach micomp customer service.
Total junk I payed 258.00 for, will not answer emails or phone calls. NON working DVD no Microsoft Office . Several times had to unplug computer to get it to start emailed them no response. Now After 1 year now its bringing up error message. Non-system disk or disk error. Save your money. Cant believe Walmart dose business with this company.
I will never buy from this company again. The biggest rip off company. The monitor doesn't cut on and when if it does it flickers at random and doesnt light up the complete screen!! I've called the company and Walmart of course no help.. please save your money wish I did!!
No keyboard and mouse...ad with Walmart said it was included...But: hey it's Walmart..
They could give a rats ass...let you know when I do about MICOMP gaming computer. Looks a little dirty in crevices, tho'
