Walmart provided assistance to the best of their ability, but my frustration has grown while dealing with Mom's Favorite Inc since November concerning an undelivered package. I have consistently followed up with them to address the issue, and today, on 01/05/2024, I reached out again seeking an explanation for the unresolved matter. To my disappointment, they insisted on requiring a police report for the lost package. I find it disheartening to involve law enforcement in a matter like this, as it seems an inefficient use of taxpayers' dollars. Moving forward, I have decided to exclusively rely on Walmart and avoid using any other merchants to prevent such inconveniences.

I had no idea that Walmart used a "third party" for some of their products. This company has jacked me around on a refund that I am rightfully owed. I've spent hours chatting and talking with Walmart associates, but Mom's just blows us off. This company is horrible. After seeing the reviews while I was submitting mine, it's not good business seeing all these negative comments. Walmart should dump this company due to their horrible customer service!!

Just recieved my shirt I ordered for a Christmas gift and the graphic on the front has a huge line going straight down the middle of it. Not happy at all. Will never order from this company again.

I ordered a hoody with a flag on it and it arrived blank-NO FLAG!!! WHAT'S UP WITH THAT??? I've reordered and it better come as it should have to begin with...Really poor customer service to try and speak with ANYONE from this company OR Walmart!!!!! Really frustrated...

The shirt I ordered....is NOT what I received!!!! I ordered a V-neck ---- got a CREW Neck! I never wear crew-necks!!! I have a short neck. I don't have time to mess with returning this. And WalMart is not standing behind me. They should get rid of this seller and give me my money back. I'll never wear this. Wasted my hard earned money!

I ordered 3 sweatshirts. Received them very quickly. However one was not what I order. Sent pic to them per their request and was told to keep or donate other sweatshirt to charity. Sounded great I was very impressed. HOWEVER I never received the correct sweatshirt. Was originally told it needed to be restocked. Have sent 2 more emails and no reply now!!!!

Wished I had known about this third party return/exchange policy! I ordered a shirt and turns out it was to small. They have no larger sizes. I was responsible for return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee! Wasn't even worth returning it for the price! Buyer beware.

I bought a few shirts from them.

They hassled me for wanting to return these shirts since they were poor quality. Not what it stated online.

I had to pay for shipping it back and now they are hitting me with a restocking fee. This is not stated anywhere. Still trying to get my full purchase amount back after being out $10 for having to ship it back to them... Should have just kept the shirts, it would have been cheaper.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!

Bought a shirt from this “company” through walmart.com that I wanted to return for a refund. According to their “customer” policy, I have to PAY to return the shirt. A 13 dollar shirt now costs 20 due to shipping with NO assurance of a refund. Ill keep the shirt. You keep the money. And maybe you should look into changing your “customer” policy. Oh and Walmart.com? Maybe you should lose this 3rd party seller as a matter of keeping customer satisfaction up. They obviously dont line up with yours. Steve H.

I purchased a t-shirt for my husband off the Wal-Mart website. It is shown to say "I love my Wife " on the chest in large bold print. However when i received it, the print is only about 1/4 of the size shown on the photo on the website. Very disappointed. Wish I had time to return and find him something else to wear in time for the event.
