Horribly rude customer service communication. I sent this back as they are overpriced on their merchandise, bought it through Walmart and I wish I had read reviews before buying from them. A little kindness goes a long way!
I purchased pedigree dentsticks , not realizing they were from metro goods , a seller , not Walmart fOR 10 sticks I paid $17 . TERRRIBLE !!! I will be returning to Walmart !!! Taking advantage of people !!!!
Ordered two Zoro 110 lb capacity tool boxes from Walmart that arrived damaged. Zoro said we had to contact MetroGoods USA to get satisfaction, but the number ZORO had was bogus. When I informed Zoro, they gave me an e-mail address. I sent Metro Goods an e-mail explaining the problem. I am still waiting to be contacted.
Have been trying to settle complaint! Ordered 2 boxes of DAP . Received ONE! Metropolis went to track no. Which said I received order but did not bother to go to SHIPMENT FACTS saying I received only one package not TWO like ordered. Phone and other sources are not available to talk. Owed over 79.00!
I was just charged over $28 for two 2.1oz pouches of cat treats. Something that I normally pay a total of $3.16 for. Outrageous. I intend to return them. I’ll let you know how that goes. Just wanted to warn people to watch the prices. This company appears to be taking advantage of the shortage situation
