Bought from Walmart website a summit range w/#44 cord. Range came no cord.. 10 hrs on phone with Walmart employees that do no know ; "COME HERE FROM SICKEM". A manager with Walmart even hung up on me. They all work from home and do not give a HEEP if they assist or not.. this is all from the 19th delivery date..5 DAYS of misery. Forget Bentonville Arkansas, they got that new corporate office and they all will only accept e-mails... and those are not answered. I could go to facebook or linkedn but that is too much trouble and I would be playing their stupid childhood trash games and look what I got as I am sitting on my yacht. I do not care what the executives do but they should take their smiling faces off the website. FAKE smiles for people who can not organize a company.

The coffee table is a beautiful.When I receive my items there was no Hardware in the Box I had tried and tried to get a hold of the seller.I received five email from the seller.In the email they tell you please contact customer service they do not answer the phone. Now I have to look around for the parts. I am 65 years old I disposed of the box so it's no kind of way that I can return it. And the glass on it is very heavy I cannot pick it up.I expect one of the emails telling me that they are going to send me the hardware they never did. This seller would never get my business again. Ordered a Argentinian/Tuscan style grill Santa Maria attachment for Weber . Item was paid in full and few days later my order was cancelled. According to them an error in pricing.

I will never order from Walmart or Merkatoos LLC again. They made the return process truly impossible to the point that I had to dispute the $517.89 charge for 3 mirrored medicine cabinets to American Express and donate the items to charity. I attempted to return all 3 boxes to a Walmart store but their system only printed out one shipping label when I needed three. I then spent 4 days on calls to Walmart customer service trying to get return labels, only to have them direct me to the Merkatoos LLC customer service team. After sending a detailed message to Merkatoos LLC requesting return labels, they sent me a message that simply said “We hope you received your items in good condition. Have a nice day!” What a joke. If you do make the mistake of ordering something you want to return from this company, save yourself any trouble and just immediately dispute the charge and donate or resell the item.
