I thought ordering from Walmart I'd be backed by their policy but apparently not. Called Walmart to report my package not delivered even though the shipping status details delivered/left at mailbox. I live in a gated community and have never had issues with receiving packages or packages stolen. So, where is my package? I waited two business days before contacting Walmart. They escalate and say I have to continue further communication for a resolution through the third party seller Megaton Sports. SMH! I wish I had done my research before placing the order. Ordering from them through Walmart has been a nightmare. The communication I received from the company is "did you ask your neighbors" and "wait until tomorrow then ask the mailman." Who is waiting around for a mailman, I don't know their hours. So unprofessional. Instead of offering a replacement or a refund. Now I'm out of my money and still have no product. This and the email correspondence will be my proof when I file a claim with my bank because this is absolutely ridiculous!
Ordered BCAA supplements, the containers were only partially full because the containers had been opened and tampered with.

After 3 attempts on Walmart/Megazon Sports my credit card was not authorized and told to use a different payment method, I went to Amazon and immediately placed my order using the same card.
Walmart/Megazon is a colossal waste of time!
They have been amazing and always ships my orders out the same day! I will continue to purchase my fitness faves from the guys for sure! ❤️
They'll charge your card the day you place your order and 3 days later send you a fake shipping confirmation. When you contact usps you'll be told that a label was printed but no pickup date has been requested and nothing is listed for shipment in the next 7 days which is ridiculous and unacceptable.
