This company sucks. I order a basket for a walker on October 9th and I have never heard back from them SINCE. This company deserves to be CANCELLED.

If you want to get RIPPED OFF trying to help an elderly relative, this is the company for you! Not only did they not ship the item I purchased (a pouch for a 3-wheeled walker), they didn't return my phone calls or respond to the requests I sent via their website. I'm giving them one star because they claim to sell the item I need, without having to purchase a whole new walker, which would be expensive. Unfortunately, that's all you get: a picture, not the actual product you PAID for. FRAUD!

I dont want to even add one star to this rating. I ordered multi quat sanitizer @319.99. Didnt get a tracking number. I got an order number that is invalid when tracked and here i am 2 weeks later, down, both 319.99 and my sanitizer.

I didn’t have a good experience with this business at all. I ordered 6 cans of powdered Similac 360 Total Care, and it was shipped and delivered fairly quickly. That wasn’t the issue though. The moment I opened one can, the smell that came out of it was horrific! And the consistency was like cornstarch. Because the expiration date wasn’t until 2024, I gave it the benefit of the doubt and still gave it to my 9 month old. I noticed right away that she wouldn’t drink a full 6oz bottle anymore. I went on line to do some research and read that sometimes formulas can have an odor like metal etc., due to minerals etc. So I still gave it the benefit of the doubt and kept feeding my daughter it. By the time I got to the second can, the smell was just as horrific AND by this time my daughter started throwing up whenever she had it. I purchased 6 cans from Amazon and went to CVS and picked up one can to start using right away. Soon as I opened the can from CVS, there was no smell at all (well at least not a bad one). I tried calling Medjestic’s customer service number for a refund on the 4 remaining cans, and the call kept going to voicemail. So I left an email message explaining all that I just explained. Three days later Brian responded and said that he’s confused about my metal smell reference because its formula; and then he said anyway we cant help you because we have a no refund policy on food. This was ridiculous because its a sealed can and I only requested the refund on the 4 cans that were not opened. He showed no remorse for my infant getting sick from the formula etc. Lesson learned. I will never order ANYTHING from that “business” again!
