-----------0 STARS I was gonna buy a desperately needed mobility scooter from MDK on Walmart's MARKETPLACE. The ad prominently showed a plaque w/a5-yr guarantee with a tiny icon to the left which, when opened, said it was good only when buying from VidaCura store. It also showed it could be returned to "store", which I assumed would be the local WALMART. Right under the scooter image, Walmart posted "SUPPLIERS provide what you see here & we have NOT verified it". When I emailed MDK they claimed the ad was Walmart's & the DISinformation was WALMART'S FAULT. When asked about returning it to the OREGON Walmart store, they said it would have to be returned to FLORIDA. Not only would the shipping fee be astronomical but with Florida's prevailing MAGA MOB MENTALITY they'd probably claim it wasn't returnable because the box was opened & they would have stolen over $1.5K from me.

Chris, Nothing seems to be easy. Returning this bike has been a disaster. Have spent the day on phone. Fed ex came at 5 pm as scheduled but would not take package because it needed to go ground. That was on label! Now I’m trying to get new label becasue Walmart.com is telling me that label has been used. I came home early today from work, to be here. Have to work tomorrow I
