MAXSIP TELECOM is total garbage I couldn't get anywhere with them so I did a search online for different providers and the provider I have now has been great.. I suggest everyone be aware of Maxsip..

Their customer service really sucks. I got a phone from them. Went to use the phone it would not work. The sims cars was bad they sent me a new one. Put the new card in the phone the phone would not take a charge. I called them, I was told I needed to pay $65.00 for a replacement phone because they sent me one already I told them no it was a sim card. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told that one would call me back in a day or two I did not hear from them. I called today and was told that their computer was down for updates and to call back in a couple hours. It has been a couple of months to get the phone working. I WILL NOT BE REFURING ANYONE TO THIS PROGRAM!!!!!!!! Zero stars if I could

Well I guess all my questions are answered. I will not be getting this per all negative responses. Who needs it?

Got my first card 6 months after I ordered it, obviously that didn't work. Git a replacement card and called twice to have it fixed I was told the first time to get my phone checked cause everything on their end was perfect then I was told to call back in an hour. Pretty sire this company is a total scam. Do not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This has been a told disappointment. Had this tablet two days now it don't work. Paid $20 to get it and set up. Now they are trying to get me to sign up for $5 to get answers. I am going to contact channel 12 on your side to let the know this is fraud.

Worst ever
