Sent sensitive electronics in an uninsulated envelope and of course it got damaged.

Rated minus-1. Company is a piece of crap and a fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a new SE-R0265 Remote Control for Toshiba DVD DR420, cost $10.49. I was sent a a substitute. It does work, but I want the one I ordered from the picture shown which is identical to the one I'm replacing. I called and someone was supposed to send me an email. Never heard back. I called again and was told that the person was on holiday and would contact me on 13 October. I still have not heard from them. I don't know how they stay in business. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Furthermore, I fault Walmart for keeping them on their website and for doing business with them. I will contact Walmart and suggest that the stop doing business with this company. Again, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS FAKE COMPANY!!!!

Tried contacting several times through walmart about my order, NO success. Pathetic company.

They are a joke! Have an answering service. Don’t respond. My remote wasn’t connecting so I asked for tech support. Response from answering service. They will send me an email in a day or two. Seriously. It’s been past that. Called again. Nothing. I will be returning the remote and NEVER purchasing from them again anywhere.

The only place these people should be is court, they’re frauds and I don’t know why they’re still on the Walmart website, ordered 2 remotes one in August one and a few weeks ago, BOTH returned to sender, crap company wouldn’t recommend one bit, 0 stars.

I am spending 30 minutes showing these clowns why I am not lying about not receiving an $8.00 controller. The one I received prior didn't work,

TERRIBLE SERVICE, THEY SENT A REMOTE WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS. I CALLED AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM LEE GAVIN INSTRU CTING ME TO INSERT BATTERIES, I INFORMED HIM THAT I NEEDED AN INSTRUCTION BOOKLET AND FOUND ONE ON THE INTERNET. THE REMOTE STILL DOES NOT WORK AND THERE IS NO ONE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST, I WISH I COULD GIVE IT LESS THAN ONE STAR !

I ordered A ROKU replacement remote 3 weeks ago. Said it would arrive by Aug 3 and here it is Aug 6 and I still do not have it. Tracked shipment and it says its been delayed. WTH!! After reading all these reviews, I am afraid I am going to get a used POS even though it is advertised as new. I think Wal-Mart needs to drop this company.

The first remote arrived okay so idiot me decided to order a second one. The first one is only a fair remote with mushy buttons that after a while became VERY annoying. This seller has been sitting on this order for over three weeks, not responding to messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

I ordered the wrong thing . Although they sent my 4 remotes in one package they made me send them back in 4. They only refunded one although all 4 were sent back and they have ignored all my emails.

Ordered a universal remote to control fire stick. Got it in today. DOES NOT WORK!!! No box, no instructions whatsoever, and when I opened it to put batteries in it, I could tell it was NOT new. VERY Pissed off. I paid for a new remote, not a piece of crap. Nothing I did worked on the remote. It's useless! REFUND MY MONEY OR SEND ME A NEW REMOTE!

Payed for a new emerson remote, and was sent a used one in bad working order. The channel and volume button are sticking and constantly pushing to change. Battery backing wont stay on.This is why I sent for a new one. I cant get anyone to send new one.Do they think I'm lying!!??

We still have yet to receive this remote control.. And at this point since you advertise you ship next day it showed to be delivered by 10/31 but have deliveries within 1-2 days... I still do not have this control.. Can you help me out...
