I ordered a sweatshirt on January 20, 2022, I did not receive it until February 22nd. It did not fit so I contacted them about returning it and they are telling me it's passed the 30-day return policy. It's not if you go by the delivery date. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and Wal-Mart. This is the second time I've had issues with this company. I will never purchase anything from them again.

I ordered mens light weight puffer jacket on March 2, 2022 through Walmart website. Tracking shows it’s delivered in my mail box, but nothing was there in my mail box.I contact Walmart customer service & the agent name Faiza said my order got canceled & left the chat in middle without any forther updates. I contacted this product company and they r simple saying to fallow up with USPS and they charged on my credit card. It’s ridiculous…no one is taking any responsibility Walmart people says contact third party people, third party people says contact USPS service people…. IT’S REALLY RIDICULOUS… don’t buy any items with this careless third party company’s, it’s big MESS & CAHOS….. want to give zero stars but there is no option.

I’m extremely unhappy and upset with this company . I thought they’d send me a label to return item but they didn’t and when I tried returning items via FedEx, I was told I needed labels since they’re a drop-off box at a Walgreen’s store. The last day to return them was that day (Friday) and this company was closed for the weekend. This will be my first and only purchase from them unless they reconsider reimbursing me.

Ordered shorts in July and still haven't received them. Called Walmart Customer Care Center and they told me the company already refunded me in August but never sent me an update or asked if i wanted a refund. Looked at tracking today and it says just shipped.. 2 months later and why now if you gave me a refund a month ago. Also, I get bank alerts on my phone for any deposits and didn't get one for that amount or a refund. Pretty shady.

I ordered two women's tees one blue one gray received the blue one and not the gray but on walmart's website it say the gray one was delivered called walmart's 800 number was told they would send the information over to the company I just tried to call the company and the phone number is not in service

I ordered pairs of shorts and 2 t-shirts. An e-mail stating my items were shipped, including all the previously mentioned items. I only received the shorts and no t-shirts; even though the shipping slip claimed all items were included in the shipping box. The shorts are not what as they were described as; flimsy zipper and legs down to mid-calf. I called and complained to Walmart, whose representative then told me he had reached out to La Croix and to expect a call from them within 24 hrs. After 48 hrs I called the Ma Croix number and received a message that the phone number was not in service. I then contacted a Walmart representative who gave me a refund. Therefore, I would say to all who are considering purchasing items from this company not to. The quality of the items which I received was poor and the service was non-existent.

They charged me for 4 shirts and a $20 shipping fee. I only received 2 shirts. After numerous attempts at trying to get things corrected they finally reimbursed me for the 2 shirts at $5.88 ea. even though I was charged $6.99 ea., plus tax and the $20 shipping fee. I got screwed.

I have made numerous attempts to have Wal-Mart fix the problem but the jury is still out on that one.

I only gave them a one star rating but if I could have gone lower I would have.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts May 7th 2020. I contacted Walmart on a June 7th as my order still said delayed on website. They reached out to Ma Croix and I recieved an email stating they were following L.A guidelines for Covid, and would ship my item when they were able to reopen and hope I would be understanding during these times. I swear the email made me feel bad I was asking where my stuff was. Now its July 17th and my online order says shipped on Walmart.com. I called and they said they cant understand why it says shipped but then says delayed. Walmart is refunding my $40. Walmart needs to drop this company.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. There clothes may be affordable and tempting to buy but please don’t. They will charge your card loose your package and then will not give you a refund. The whole time my package was missing I would try to talk the ma croix company asking what happened and they would just reply with a computer giving me a pre recorded message. Don’t order from here it is very unreliable and unprofessional.

My wife ordered a pair of shorts for me and after 3 weeks of waiting for a month and a half of waiting she cancelled thru Walmart and got a refund. Thinking maybe there was a mailing issue we tried to order again it has now been another month and 2 weeks after scheduled delivery date. We will get another refund from Walmart and never even think about doing business with this company again

I ordered some face mask from Ma Croix, I paid $60.00 for 50 masks I ordered them by Wal mart, I paid a fee of @ $11.00 to receive the masks in the time span of five days receive them in 10 days not 5 they did not refund me my money for the rapid shipment, they would have ship them free for 10 days shipment. Be careful with this company they look dishonest and will rip you off, not to mention cheat you I don't understand Wal Mart doing business with them .
