Placed an order for an Xbox and the day it was supposed to be delivered they canceled the order. Got a refund thankfully but these folks are scammers for sure.

I was tempted to purchase a Playstation 5 through Walmart for $1057. But after reading the reviews about tech bot companies. I declined. Thanks everyone for sharing your experience

I attempted to return an Apple Watch, after my stolen watch was recovered. Did not even open outside wrapper. Took it to local Walmart to return. It was sent back to me claiming it was damaged. Still in unopened packaging.

so far my experience has been completely terrible with this company you can't get ahold of them at all and then when you try to email them their s*** doesn't even work I bought a $700 Oculus quest from them that was faulty and I'm having a hell of a time getting a hold of them within the 15-day return policy

HORRIBLE! Ordered aa Apple Watch. ($309) Stated it was new. When I got the watch it was locked with someone else’s email- couldn’t use watch and no one answering the customer service line! Walmart should disassociate with this company!!!!!!!

Please don't use these people, whatever you do. Ordered a new MacBook Air; received a used, dirty 2017 MacBook Air. Called Apple and they confirmed that my device was refurbished, not new.

Walmart should be able to deal with a company that has a better rating than 1 out of 5. I ordered a Mac computer for my grandson that would not work properly and was told to take it to Apple and get it fixed. You would think a new computer would work. No more ordering through Walmart if this is the type of company they deal with. I would give both a 0 out of 5 .

HORRIBLE! they have a google voice number that goes straight to voicemail. My credit card was charged $306.24 and never received the item that was even CANCELLED. (Ipad). They have NO RECORD of the delivery yet want the money. SCAM ARTISTS and I will be contacting my attorney to press a suit as well as contact the BBB. I urge any one else to do the same.

I recently purchased two iPads (totaling over $600) from Walmart.com (Lychee). I no longer needed the product so I went to my local Walmart with the two unopened iPads. They informed me they could not accept them and I had to mail them back to the “3rd party seller”. I shipped them back to Lychee. A few days later I received my refund. $130 less than what I paid. Lychee/Walmart.com charged me $35 per iPad for return shipping PLUS a $60 restocking fee. What a disgrace. Walmart, you should be ashamed to be doing business with a business like this.
