I ordered three items from them and paid for all three and they only sent me one! When I asked for the other two they said there were out of stock and tried to get me to purchase something else instead. I said no and told them to just refund me back for the two I paid for but did not get if they could not provide them!
I never heard from them again! I have contacted Walmart and they just put me on hold for an eternity and the merchant has stopped responding back to me!
I've had to put a decline on the charge with my CC company as a result now!
Ordered the 'Matrix Biolage ColorLast Shampoo and Conditioner 33.8 Ounce Set With Pumps' set on 12/2. Initial Email said product would arrive on 12/7. Finally arrived on 12/12, but only the shampoo was shipped. A note inside the package stated conditioner and pumps would ship separately with no indication when. As other reviews state "should have read reviews before ordering from this company". It's not a coincidence when multiple people experience the same thing; partial shipments. To make things simple I submitted a return and the product has been to returned to Walmart. The Walmart employee at the service desk said since Luxe is part of Walmart's Marketplace, the product would need to be shipped back to Luxe and they would need to initiate the refund. It's anybody's guess when, or if, a refund will be given.
Don't buy anything from this company. We ordered a hair balm from them and it said it would be here in 3 days. It's been almost 2 weeks and the package has gone nowhere and zero communication from seller. Apparently , they do this a lot judging from their reviews. I'll pay closer attention next time
Spent high dollars for quality shampoo set , received shampoo set not taped dwn (with plungers already up )now mine u these have to push dwn turn to activate whether are pre used used who knows , thts any one’s guess needless to say product all over inside box if I could give zero reviews I would trashy company!!! Buyer beware!!!!

Worst dishonest company. Why would you sell a set , charge for a set and mail 1 of 2 bottles. I know why ...... why Walmart even use them ? I would stay clear from using them .
HORRIBLE. I had no idea when ordering shampoo and conditioner from Walmart that it would be handled by a third party. I ordered a shampoo and conditioner pack on September 1st from what I thought was Walmart. On September 5th, I received the shampoo. The invoice said "the rest of the order shipped separately." I waited a few days before I contacted Walmart. That is when I found out it was a third party. They contacted the seller who then contacted me saying to allow 5-7 days. It had been six days, but I waited a few more. I contacted them on the 9th day saying that I still do not have the rest of the order. I woke up to an email from them this morning that said: "we sent it all." That's it. I'm livid and plan to post a negative review of them on every site I can find. Do not get suckered by them.
Ordered Bed Head Hard Head Hairspray and received two cans of Extreme Hold. Now after reading these reviews, I am sure I will never hear from them! So frustrating!
Terrible company. Ordered a product for $20 they sent me wrong one for $10. Couldn’t get answer back from them so contacted Walmart and they contacted them and they still didn’t defund me. So Walmart was nicecenough to refund me the full amount! Don’t understand why Walmart does business with them, but thank you Walmart. Should be turned in to BBB!!!!

This place doesn't deserve neither one star, because it is DISHONEST. I received THE BOX of the product I ordered from Walmart - WELLA COLOR TOUCH DEMI PERMANENT HAIR COLOR - number 4.0 Median Natural Brown with a different product. I never heard about that product or saw it at any store. Near the top of the tub was pressed in. Besides that the color sent was Ash Blonde. Because the box was correct I didn't open immediately, only two weeks later. THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS PLACE I HAVE KNOWN IN MY LIFE.
I ordered Aquage Straightening gel. The picture that was on the site was the same as what I use. However, when I received my order, it was in completely different packaging and was not sealed. It was a runny liquid, not a gel - completely different product! They responded to my complaint saying that Aquage had changed the packaging and I should be happy it's the same size! Never again will I order from them and I will also stay away from Walmart.
I ordered a 32 oz bottle of shampoo from Walmart, she sent me a 24 oz bottle. I contacted Walmart and they said the seller will contact me within 2 days. A week went by and nothing happened so they sent me a return label. I let them know I wasn't returning the bottle I ordered, I just want a partial refund for the difference in product volume. The woman never contacted me despite Walmart's request to do so within 2 days. However, when she received my bottle back, she texted me and harassed which is against Walmart's seller contract. Very classy. Do not order. I'm filing a complaint with Walmart.
I ordered Super Plump Volumizing Shampoo, by Color Proof 10.1 oz. and Luxe Beauty Corner sent a 8.5 oz. in very different packaging. I emailed them and they "informed me" that the company "changed the packaging and it NOW comes in the smaller size". Well, I paid for the LARGER size and they were unwilling to make it right so I proceeded with the return process. AFTER that, then they said that they would issue a 15% discount. Too late, so I refused and they sent a very snarky reply.
I DO NOT recommend this company. NEVER order from them! Read the other reviews!!!

Do business with this company at your own risk. They don't answer emails (from customer or Walmart). They send the wrong products. Forget ever getting a prepaid return label to send items back to them. How they ever got a "Pro Seller" name from Walmart is beyond me. With that being said, if you plan on buying from Luxe Beauty Corner, you will be in store for a frustrating experience without a doubt.
This is nothing more than theft. They are scammers and they are hiding. I ordered a rather expensive product but was sent something entirely different; not even the same category. You can't contact them. Their Walmart messaging system doesn't work. Calling gets an absurd message that they cannot receive phone calls and they will not respond to voice messages. You can text them but the texts are ignored. I've sent many with no response. This scenario is being played out with many victims of this scam.
