Good luck trying to get a hold of them if you need to cancel some thing. They are impossible to get a hold of. Now that it’s been a long enough I have distributed discharge. No other options at this point.
I ordered a small desk. After a week I checked delivery. It was delivered in NY not (MN). Thought first it was a transfer station so waited another 5 days then called Walmart.
It had been shipped with 3 different address. NY sent back. I was not notified nor credited my $198 until I called Walmart. Hofefully back in my account tomorrow.
Misleading listing. Terrible response
i got a bookcass with missing parts and half finnish i hope i get the parts to finnis it but i will never buy from this place again
They are a joke and Walmart needs to cut ties with them.
Purchased a bed with leather headboard from them. The packaging was terrible. No padding foam to protect it. As I finished assembling the bed and ready for the last most important piece “the head board “ there was a very noticeable damage to the i could not ignore and couldn’t stop staring at. It really pissed me off after putting it all together. The worst part is when i contacted the seller who could only be reached via email, here is what they had to say if is it not affecting the functionality of the bed we offer you $15 refund. I don’t know what kind of a business they are running. I am really pissed. This review is to save others from going through the same experience. Shame on them. Never by from this seller again.
I don't usually leave these vulgar post but this seller is A FUCKING SCAM. I need to have the option to leave pics. I ordered a dresser and was sent a pool cleaner from Quotomo or some shit. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Item arrived with no instructions. How hard would it be to have instructions online???? No more Walmart.com. I don not deal with vendors who offer junk incompetents.
I ordered from Walmart a platform bed and when I received it there was no hardware included. sent the seller a message and have to wait for them to call in 48 hours. never buy from this seller again...
