I ordered messy bun hair extension. I got an email saying it had been delivered. Well it was delivered to someone else's door about 200 miles from my freaking house. Walmart said they contacted lucky global in my behalf but I have not heard from them. After reading all the complaints I will not order from them again!!! I give them a negative star
I never received it, they had an incomplete address, however, they made good, and I received my refund.
This company is not a reputable company, in fact, it is not a company at all. The product was shipped from Yuen Cheng Global Inc from El Monte CA but is only one single person ordering this crap from China and selling it on Walmart marketplace. ALL the labels are Chinese and no one in America can read them so I have no idea if they are really LELINTA leggings. They say 2X but they are so small that no one can fit them buy a child. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM LUCKY GLOBAL INC NOR FROM YUEN CHENG GLOBAL INC WHICH ARE THE SAME COMPANY.
THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARTS IF THEY ARE GOING TO SELL CRAPPY STUFF.
I have been waiting on a refund to my card for 2 weeks now. They stated they did not receive my items back but Fedex dispatch and supervisors confirmed it was all returned successfully well over a week ago. They do not answer the phone when you call either. Ordered a swimsuit that I had no choice but to return via shipping back due to being a 3rd party. 0 stars needs to be an option.
So, My experience with this company was very different than most of the reviews. I took my item to a Walmart in Maryland only to be told i have to ship it back my self because it came from a 3rd party, via Walmart. Problem is, Walmart generated a fedex label but would not “produce” it. Later that day i took the package to my local fedex store and the gentleman who helped me was as confused as i was. He then said, i can pay to ship it my self of contact Walmart.com to see if they can generate me a label. Walmart. Com said we will contact the seller and have them contact you. Lucky contacted me via email literally as i was still in the phone with Walmart.com, however, they were not able to give me a label “Walmart” generated. I Bit the bullet and paid priority specifically because I ordered the wrong size. I get to the post office after telling lucky via email I’d just sent it usps. When i arrive, they had a prepaid label already generated(I still paid the $6 priority fee)! Then, she sent an email with the exact return address and i provided my tracking. It’s only been 5 days and the correct size was sent to me. Again, the only issue was Walmart generated a prepaid label and not giving it to me. They should just tell people to send it back and ask the company to prepay or pay in their own. The process isn’t hard as one may seem.
Still waiting for my order. Was shipped from CA 8 days ago, tracking # still showing in transit from CA. Seems no recourse available.
Do not order from LUCKY GLOBAL INC. Please do your research online before you order from third parties through Walmart. I ordered a tent on Walmart.com for my camping trip and Lucky Global Inc shipped my item to a different state. I shop at Walmart often online and in stores, but they need to be more vigilant on researching their third parties that they are doing business with from other countries. Lucky Global Inc send me a message that is very unprofessional and seems like a scam. So I researched them and found other bad reviews about them. Shame on Walmart.

I ordered faux leather pants 2 sizes bigger...a 3x...they won’t even fit my tiny 10 year old! Tried calling and of course the number doesn’t work! Big shocker right! This site is a fraud all these people from China are taking our money and sending us bullshit!!!! I’m only giving you one star cause that’s the only way I can submit this...but I would rate this a -5...you suck

I ordered thru Walmart, women undergarments and I went up two sizes and as someone previous stated it would fit my 2 year old child. I tried contacting the number not an accurate one. Hopefully the email is a fast response and get a refund.
Ordered shapewear and way too small! It was a 2XL and it’s small enough to fit my 2 year old child!
I ordered waterproof shoes from Lucky Global and was sent the wrong size. Walmart said they contacted Lucky Global on my behalf. I have yet to receive any contact from this company. Never, never order from this company again. I am very dissatisfied and am disappointed in Walmart for dealing with this company. There is no one you can contact to get help. This is a sham and should be reported. Very, very unhappy.
I ordered twi bathing suits, and of course ithey were way too small. Walmart said they contacted them on my behalf and they would be contacting me. It has now been two weeks, no one has contacted me I keep contacting Walmart and lucky global and I can't get through to either. This is the biggest scam i've ever seen. Shame on Walmart for having anything to even do with them! Id give zero if it was an option.
I ordered something two weeks ago. The wrong size was sent and Walmart responded to my email saying they contacted Lucky Global on my behalf and they would contact me. That has been over a week and when I dial the contact number listed it just rings. STAY AWAY from this company... I only gave one star because zero wasn't an option.
I ORDERED A DRESS IN A SIZE LARGE AND WAS SENT A MEDIUM. WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN FOR THE CORRECT I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK. IF I HAD MADE THE MISTAKE I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING RETURN SHIPPING BUT SINCE IT WAS NOT MY MISTAKE I DON'T FELL I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING.

THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS COMPLETELY AS I HAVE TWO BATHING SUITS THAT WOULD FIT ONLY A CHILD. NOT ONE PERSON HERE IS SATISFIED IN THE REVIEWS AND I WISH I HAD SEEN THIS AND KNEW ABOUT WAL-MART'S NEW PRACTICE OF USING VENDORS. I AM CALLING MY CREDIT CARD AND PUTTING A STOP ON THIS TOTAL SHIPMENT. NOTHING I ORDERED CAME FROM WAL-MART AND IT IS GARBAGE.....
