Exact same experience as K Rivera. Ordered a $699 Air Track floor mat "shipped by Lucky Global Inc" and received two garbage toy cars worth about $5 from "MUCHLED 014" Fanny in Maspeth NY. USPS tracking # matches. For anyone else reading this you can always contact your credit card company to file a dispute/chargeback and you should be able to get your money back that way, though depending on your CC company, you may have to show that you've attempted to contact the seller first. I'm currently on hold with Walmart....
Still never received and i am reporting to walmart.com again and will start bbb proceedings and social media blast today. You already have tons of bad ratings and i am asking walmart to stop working with you and stop your participation with the walmart marketplace sellers.
April 2020, I ordered an AirTrack for $699 a received tracking and could see the package was not picked up by shipping company y and stayed in warehouse. Dozens of emails with Lucky and calls to Walmart and as of May 22 I still do not have the product. For weeks they communicate it is being sent that day however tracking does not show movement. I now email everyday and will continue until I receive the product. Stay away from this company.
I have returned my item long ago and the company have received they order back. But I still don’t have my refund back..

Ordered 2 pairs of pants from them they were too small. Returned the pants back to the company viva Walmart. They received the pants and were signed for by LCHEN. Still waiting for the refund on my card. Do not order from these people.

I ordered from them on March 31, 2020, it went to the Post office in New York on April 4th and it’s still there. No one can tell me anything and Walmart has essentially said it’s not there problem. I will never use this company nor Walmart online ordering again!!
Purchased a Face Mask for protection through Walmart website. The seller added $6.99 for shipping on to an order that was $9.di99 unreal, unfair because it was added after checkout.
When the mask arrived it was cheap and little material was used to make the mask.
So disappointed SAVE YOUR MONEY IT WORTH BUYING.
They got me. I ordered a bean bag chair and they sent me a small cover, an item smaller then a envelope. I can’t get a hold of anyone for a return. I’m being ignored. I got bamboozled.

This is the same order that was completed for the purchase of curtains and the items weren't delivered. This company couldn't get the zip code for Bronx, New York correct. It's a waste of time finding a phone number or getting an e-mail response from them. Walmart should be ashamed for using this inferior company who doesn't give a rats ass for it customers. Avoid them or any other company because most of the products come from 3rd world dusty countries like China and Thailand and the like
Worst experience ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed a order on Walmart.com and tried to cancel before it shipped but it was shipped anyway. I have contacted Walmart customer service ten(10) times so far and still have no refund. Walmart's famous remark is we have contacted the vendor and if they do not contact you in 24 hours contact us again. I now have my bank involved to get my money back, WALMART DOES NOT CARE and why they have terrible third party vendors is a mystery. I guess money is more important than your customers. I have started shopping at TARGET and AMAZON, they treat customers the right way as far as I am concerned and based on my past experiences shopping there.
OMG this vendor is the WORST. I ordered the waist clincher... it was WAY WAY to small and quality is HORRIBLE - looks like a child actually made it. I contacted them and they didn't care one bit....I ordered though Walmart and all Walmart would do is say to contact the seller.... horrible experience.
I ordered messy bun hair extension. I got an email saying it had been delivered. Well it was delivered to someone else's door about 200 miles from my freaking house. Walmart said they contacted lucky global in my behalf but I have not heard from them. After reading all the complaints I will not order from them again!!! I give them a negative star
I never received it, they had an incomplete address, however, they made good, and I received my refund.
This company is not a reputable company, in fact, it is not a company at all. The product was shipped from Yuen Cheng Global Inc from El Monte CA but is only one single person ordering this crap from China and selling it on Walmart marketplace. ALL the labels are Chinese and no one in America can read them so I have no idea if they are really LELINTA leggings. They say 2X but they are so small that no one can fit them buy a child. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM LUCKY GLOBAL INC NOR FROM YUEN CHENG GLOBAL INC WHICH ARE THE SAME COMPANY.
THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARTS IF THEY ARE GOING TO SELL CRAPPY STUFF.
I have been waiting on a refund to my card for 2 weeks now. They stated they did not receive my items back but Fedex dispatch and supervisors confirmed it was all returned successfully well over a week ago. They do not answer the phone when you call either. Ordered a swimsuit that I had no choice but to return via shipping back due to being a 3rd party. 0 stars needs to be an option.
So, My experience with this company was very different than most of the reviews. I took my item to a Walmart in Maryland only to be told i have to ship it back my self because it came from a 3rd party, via Walmart. Problem is, Walmart generated a fedex label but would not “produce” it. Later that day i took the package to my local fedex store and the gentleman who helped me was as confused as i was. He then said, i can pay to ship it my self of contact Walmart.com to see if they can generate me a label. Walmart. Com said we will contact the seller and have them contact you. Lucky contacted me via email literally as i was still in the phone with Walmart.com, however, they were not able to give me a label “Walmart” generated. I Bit the bullet and paid priority specifically because I ordered the wrong size. I get to the post office after telling lucky via email I’d just sent it usps. When i arrive, they had a prepaid label already generated(I still paid the $6 priority fee)! Then, she sent an email with the exact return address and i provided my tracking. It’s only been 5 days and the correct size was sent to me. Again, the only issue was Walmart generated a prepaid label and not giving it to me. They should just tell people to send it back and ask the company to prepay or pay in their own. The process isn’t hard as one may seem.
Still waiting for my order. Was shipped from CA 8 days ago, tracking # still showing in transit from CA. Seems no recourse available.
Do not order from LUCKY GLOBAL INC. Please do your research online before you order from third parties through Walmart. I ordered a tent on Walmart.com for my camping trip and Lucky Global Inc shipped my item to a different state. I shop at Walmart often online and in stores, but they need to be more vigilant on researching their third parties that they are doing business with from other countries. Lucky Global Inc send me a message that is very unprofessional and seems like a scam. So I researched them and found other bad reviews about them. Shame on Walmart.
