I bought a fingertip pulse oximeter from Wallmart and it was sent to me from Lovely Products. The oximeter was defective and I returned it to them, asking for it to be replaced. They never answered to me nor did they ever replaced it. Since I had ordered it from Walmart, I went to them to have it replaced but they didn't do it either. Besides, it took them forever to send me the defective product. They didn't reimburse me either.
I ordered Basic Equipment brand mask and took weeks beyond promised time to receive. Once I received package it was not even what I ordered and there was no return package slip enclosed. I relally don't even want to give them1 star! Hopefully I can return @ Walmart store for full refund.
I ORDERED A GRAFTING TOOL WHICH I GOT & IT WAS A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. WHAT I DID NOT GET WERE ANY INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT. ON DIFFERENT SITES THE INSTUCTIONS ARE SHOWN ON THE BOX IT COMES IN. MINE CAME IN A BLACK CARRY CASE INSIDE A SHIPPING BOX. NO INSTUCTIONS ANYWHERE.
I had ordered from walmarts and didn't realize my order was third paety lovely products. I never got what I ordered and called walmart. They were very nice and refunded my money. This lovely products never replied to me
either. On my behalf Walmart tried to contact them also and no reply.
I'm about to contact my credit card. Ordered quite a while ago with a delivery date promised, and they won't answer emails. Walmart doesn't answer or do anything either.
I ordered a 20-pack of N95 masks on April 1. Said delivery by April 10. Nothing as of one month later, and the purchase doesn't even show up in my Walmart purchase history.
Price gouger. I ordered pack of 20 masks that where in stock estimated delivery April 10 like customer Chris writes. Within two days or order they started selling individual masks at very high prices. Order never fulfilled. Does not take a genius to interoperate where my order probably went. Sent 3 order status requests, never responded. Makes Walmart look very bad to not be vetting their vendors. I have lost confidence in this seller and Walmart.com
I ordered masks with estimated delivery April 10th. I have sent at least 4 messages for order status and I got no response about delivery, delay or cancellation. The last time I spoke with Walmart, they told me that the masks are ready to leave the Warehouse. That was 10 days ago!!
I understand that is very difficult to get face masks, I understand a delay but I can't understand apathy and lousy customer support!
