I ordered a 10 pack of Lot Fancy N95 masks through Ebay. I got the package 8 days later, only to discover that it was Benehal brand of masks. How the heck do you mess up this type of order?!!!! Contacted seller for return & refund of my order. VERY UPSET!!!!!

This company is horrible. I returned a shoulder pack, Nov. 13, 2019, that I had bought thru Walmart.com to a Walmart store. I was told that LotFancy, third party vendor, would be refunding me within two weeks. No refund was issued after 5 weeks of waiting. I went to the Walmart store twice asking for a refund but they said I had to speak with LotFancy and get it from them. I emailed LotFancy and was told that I had already gotten the refund from Walmart, I said no, Walmart assures me the refund comes from you. There were at least 6 emails back and forth in which they said I had already been refunded. I finally contacted Walmart.com through the phone and explained my situation, and finally got my refund from Walmart on Jan. 16, 2020.

I MISTAKENLY ORDERED TWO WALKING STICKS(THE SAME ONES) I WANT TO RETURN BOTH. I DON'T NEED EITHER ONE. IT DOES NOT WORK FOR ME. I HAVE TRIED TEXTING, CALLING, EMAIL WITH NO REPLIES. I WANT TO RETURN BOTH FOR FULL REFUND...WHO IS MY NEXT CONTACT, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, ATTORNEY GENERAL????

After ordering through Walmart, we received an Omron AC adapter from LotFancy on 8-24-2018. Because we no long had the BP monitor the adapter was for, we never used it and tried returning the adapter to LotFancy on the same date, 8-24-18. Ada, from LotFancy replied and asked if there was anything wrong with the adapter. We sent two emails saying that we had not used the adapter, and no longer needed it. (last one sent on 9-4-18). Neither Ada nor LotFancy has replied.

We notice that LotFancy has an F rating from Better Business Bureau. We are amazed and appalled that Walmart continues to use such a marginal business!
