BATTERY SYSTEM AND CHARGER ARE A FIRE HAZARD!!!!! Find an American brand like Totem on Amazon for a better bike for less money.. Brand on label didn't match what was ordered. Cheaply made. Do not buy... Also getting a shipping label for a return is next to impossible.

The worst service. You can buy things quick from them but they are slow to deliver and refund. I bought 3 skate boards, two do not come on. This is raising my blood pressure with the back and forth

Skateboard battery didn’t work. Couldn’t return to Walmart take the return because of the battery. The seller wouldn’t send a return label because of the cost. Only offered to send repair supplies. ZERO STARS

Bought my grandson an electric skateboard for Christmas, it is broken, came that way, I cannot get a response from them. Walmart doesn’t seem to care!!

I have gotten nothing but the runaround from these people. Walmart was very helpful with my refund, however nobody wants to claim responsibility for the damage done by the merchandise that I bought. It was simply dangerous. Loery Store is a scam. They told me they would send me a remote, and they never did. They even said they would resend it, they never did. Walmart should stop doing business with Loery Store. They are really risking a lawsuit. They strictly take advantage of people. PLEASE do not do business with Loery Store.

Order a e bike got a email saying it would be delivered early it's 10 days late and fed ex isn't showing it shipping, can't get ahold nobody

I order ebike from Walmart from the same company they said I have to bring it to the store which I can't it's very heavy and I won't pick it up and I can't get a refund, I have 30 days and they won't send me I'll able to send it back

Bought electric bike and tried to return to WALLMART. Wallmart said I had to start return process online so I did got response from sellers saying they would refund part of money and let me keep bike.

I refused the offer and said I wanted a full refund . Got an email next day and seller said I have to go to Wallmart to return??!??????! When I tried to reply, the whole message from them to me and my response suddenly disappeared! I will be positive g all o er social media with negative reviews unless this gets fixed immediately!!!!
