Bought pillow advertised to be shipped in 3 days. Rec'd notice it was shipped. THEN, another notice it was backorder for 4 weeks and there were other customer before me. I canceled order. Rosa said my credit card would not be charged since tracking was started. THEN, rec'd a notice that I would receive a refund in 10 days! I should have read/believed negative reviews on company. Upon further research, they disclose they resell products. I'm not comfortable doing business with such company.
I ordered the ear hoke pillow. It is not any better than my regular pillow. Now I cannot even get an address to return it. I bought it on Walmart Market place. I will never do that again!
