I am FURIOUS! I just left this person Luke, I believe.. a few messages because the shipping experience was horrible. No tracking information until I messaged yesterday. The product (WRONG pet treat) was delivered to my mailbox today. Then I see he replied. My pet HATES chicken flavor. That is why I ordered vsnilla mint. He LOVES vanilla mint! I am very disappointed because of my pet's sadness! This experience gave me anxiety. I would avoid any company who does not take your business seriously. I work hard for every red cent I make as well. There is no remedy now because I opened the product to try to convince my pet to try it. HE HATES IT! I AM REVIEWING everywhere google sends me daily. 1 review per day until I am satisfied.
