This is not what you are getting! False advertising on sellers part. The bulb is a frosted white bulb, and we ordered the true dark blacklight bulbs. These bulbs are for fish tanks or grow lights. These are UV lights and do not behave light black lights. Great for very specific purposes, but if you want the true blacklight effect, don't order these. Side note: we tried to access the site provided on the receipt (light bulbs international.com) and our antivirus blocked our to access it due to malware.
TERRIBLE Customer Service. Representative did not show any concern. Mistake made on light bulb - ordered 6 pack as stated --- only received 1. Had to call twice to request help. Refund - not replace -- as need. Now we have 1 odd bulb. Not a company I recommend or will do business with again. Lady Representative need to be trained on empathy and customer service.....especially since the error was on company's fault.
