I ordered 2 Fitbit watch straps and only one arrived in the package. SInce both straps had the same tracking number, they should have both arrived in the same package. I was to receive a phone call from this company within 24 hours, it's been a week and still no call. Walmart did refund the difference. Don't need to go that route again!
Ordered band on the April 9th it is currently May 8th. I have not been updated on delivery since the 16 of April. No way to contact them to see what’s happening. Got to love the customer service. Saying that sarcastically. I’m being generous with the one star.

Ordered 4 black thin line altafitbit replacement bands. They came? No way to hook band onto arm. Have ordered before but not sure why these bands do not hook onto arm like other ones. I bought 4 A big problem Please answer my request. Thanks.
Did not get my order and they offered no assistance in obtaining the item again. The tracker said it was delivered and it was NOT.
I also wish I had read this before purchasing two Versa POY Wristbands via Walmart.com. The company sent me some type of rechargeable battery pack instead of wristbands. I returned them, via FedEx and they refunded one but not the other. They never answered any correspondence that I sent them. I finally reached out out to Walmart.com Customer Service and they immediately processed a refund for me. I would NEVER order from LifeHealthy USA ever again. If I could give them a ZERO rating I would.
I have not received my order. It was returned to sender and I have sent two messages through Walmart with no response from Lifehealthy. I have now sent a message directly to Walmart and called Lifehealthy where the phone just rang for over five minutes. I want my stuff or a refund!
Never again will I purchase anything from this Wal Mart supplier. Been waiting since June for a Fitbit band. Never before have I had this kind of service from Wal Mart. Very dissatisfied.
I too ordered a Fitbit charge 3 band...I don't know what they sent ....... it doesn't work on my Fitbit charge 3. Tried to call them but no response. I guess they think it was cheap so no refund or exchanges. Don't purchase from them.
ordered a fitbit band from them, never got the product, when I contacted them all they did was send an e-mail saying good luck, your package was delivered, bye......even had the audacity to call me their "friend" in the system generated e-mail. Sent a reply to their e-mail and never heard back from them. Don't waste your time and effort by ordering anything from them. They are ridiculously negligent.
I too wish to review this thread before making the purchase. The Fitbit band I bought caused a rash on my wrist and I contacted via Walmart for the return and there has been zero response from this company
I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering Fitbit bands from Lifehealthy. They did not fit so I returned them to Walmart and Walmart said I would have to initiate a return to Lifehealthy. I did that several times with no response from the company. DO NOT buy anything from this company. They do not stand behind their word!! I would give them a zero in customer service.
My autistic daughter loved an item so I allowed her to purchase it from this seller, but when it arrived it was not the item she thought is was. The seller says they return any item, but they refuse to return this purchase. Do not purchase from this company. They have terrible customer service and don't care about retaining customers at all. If I could give zero stars I would!
I wish I had read this before I ordered. Ordered Fitbit Charge 2 watch bands. I received an email that they were delivered but nothing ever showed up. They sent one email on the issue confirming that USPS says they delivered them. Now they won't respond to anything. Same story as several of the above reviews.
Horrible band that does not have the correct configuration to attach to my fitbit. It looks like they just made a half assed attempt to make something that looks like it might fit but never could or will. Judging by others feedback this company does not care what quality it provides as long as it can rip people off for a few bucks.
If I could leave a zero I would. Do not order from this company. I cancelled my item and they still sent it. I send 4 emails to return and nobody responds.

This company is horrible. I ordered an item on nov 22nd and was supposed to be delivered between dec 2-4. It’s dec 17th now and I've been trying to contact them since the 4th. No one has emailed or called back. This is very frustrating. I will never purchase from you again.
