Your service is terrible. Ordered an item on nov 27th and was supposed to be delivered between dec 4-6. It’s dec 16th and nobody knows where it is. I’ll never purchase from you again.
Have been attempting to make contact with this company for over two weeks as of today. Sent 2nd email to return item that I don't need. Company has not replied.
Ordered Alta HR leather wrist bands. They were too long for my wrist, tried to return them, but the company only responded to my first email. Never heard back from them. Contacted Walmart.com and thankfully was able to get a refund through them.
Why won't these people answer the phone? I have reached out to them to try to correct my order but no one will answer the phone! Poor customer service!!!

Terrible, I never received Fitbit band. I called Walmart they send email to Lifehealthy usa inc they said sorry, so not Fitbit and not money back. Do not buy thru this Lifehealthy usa inc.

Don't order from this supplier!!! I have been trying to contact them several times to return my Fitbit band and I didn't received any answer. I am very disappointed with their customer service (if any...). The link to their return policy is broken as well as the company url...Walmart should choose their suppliers more wisely... it is damaging their image. What is more, they are also accountable for this sale. Hopefully I will get a response from any of them soon.

Do NOT order from this company. I never received my Fitbit band and cannot get ahold of them to get a refund. Walmart keeps saying they can’t help me, and this is a giant mess.
do not order from this seller, the picture of the item is not true to the item. When you request a refund they do not respond. I had to escalate through Walmart and they finally sent me a email stating they needed more information. They original return request stated the item was not as represented and did not fit. I replied again with the problem and request to return, 101818 today is 102418 and still no response.
I ordered 3 bands for my fit bit and only one of the three came in the correct size. Walmart responded that they’ve forward my request to Lifehealthy and that someone there would reach out to me within a couple days, it’s been about a week with no message from Lifehealthy. All I want is to exchyfie the correct size. Very frustrated!!!
I have called two times in the last half hour. No one answers the phone and it goes to a busy signal. I want to return my 10 fit bit flex bands. They do not fit a fit bit alta. Very disappointed so far.
Very disappointed. Ordered a Alta fitbit band and it didn't clasp onto the Alta. I contacted the company, but they didn't understand English and couldn't help me. They didn't recognize my order number and couldn't refund my purchase. I'm so upset that I need to rebuy this again from another company. I hope Walmart stops using this company. Zero stars on the company and item quality.
I ordered a Fitbit Flex 2 pendant & the chain looked like it was broken & repaired. Trying to contact for a refund but I've received no response. Had I known I was ordering from a company in Hong Kong, I wouldn't have.
This is one of the worst sites I have ever dealt with. Weeks ago I ordered bands for my Fitbit Charge 2. They came in on time. However, on September 1st, I ordered a Dyson vacuum from Walmart.com and the order for the fitbits came up again. What's worse, I was charged for two more bands that I never ordered. A representative from Life Healthy was supposed to call me or email me within a day of my complaint ( two complaints- a week apart). No one called. The Walmart rep PROMISED that someone would call. No such thing happened. To add insult to injury, I received two more bands today in the mail which I NEVER ORDERED. I will never order from Walmart or Life Healthy again. I urge others to do the same so they will not be burned like I was. Customer Service for both companies deserve a minus 1!
Ordered Charge 2 for Fitbit - Received Charge-HR which is not correct band. Tried to contact for return and refund, no reply. I will be contesting charge on my credit card! ZERO stars

I too have contacted this seller multiple times as the Fitbit band was not what I intended to order so wanted to return. Have yet to hear back from seller in almost a month!
I ordered two bands from Walmart website thinking they were coming from there. I needed to return them because they were too big. Walmart said I had to go through this website, of course the phone number they gave me is no good & either is the one on the website. I have emailed them to return them, but as of yet no response.
Bought the multi color pack. Way to big. Need to find out how to return exchange. So far not bad.
