I have called two times in the last half hour. No one answers the phone and it goes to a busy signal. I want to return my 10 fit bit flex bands. They do not fit a fit bit alta. Very disappointed so far.
Very disappointed. Ordered a Alta fitbit band and it didn't clasp onto the Alta. I contacted the company, but they didn't understand English and couldn't help me. They didn't recognize my order number and couldn't refund my purchase. I'm so upset that I need to rebuy this again from another company. I hope Walmart stops using this company. Zero stars on the company and item quality.
I ordered a Fitbit Flex 2 pendant & the chain looked like it was broken & repaired. Trying to contact for a refund but I've received no response. Had I known I was ordering from a company in Hong Kong, I wouldn't have.
This is one of the worst sites I have ever dealt with. Weeks ago I ordered bands for my Fitbit Charge 2. They came in on time. However, on September 1st, I ordered a Dyson vacuum from Walmart.com and the order for the fitbits came up again. What's worse, I was charged for two more bands that I never ordered. A representative from Life Healthy was supposed to call me or email me within a day of my complaint ( two complaints- a week apart). No one called. The Walmart rep PROMISED that someone would call. No such thing happened. To add insult to injury, I received two more bands today in the mail which I NEVER ORDERED. I will never order from Walmart or Life Healthy again. I urge others to do the same so they will not be burned like I was. Customer Service for both companies deserve a minus 1!
Ordered Charge 2 for Fitbit - Received Charge-HR which is not correct band. Tried to contact for return and refund, no reply. I will be contesting charge on my credit card! ZERO stars

I too have contacted this seller multiple times as the Fitbit band was not what I intended to order so wanted to return. Have yet to hear back from seller in almost a month!
I ordered two bands from Walmart website thinking they were coming from there. I needed to return them because they were too big. Walmart said I had to go through this website, of course the phone number they gave me is no good & either is the one on the website. I have emailed them to return them, but as of yet no response.
Bought the multi color pack. Way to big. Need to find out how to return exchange. So far not bad.
I purchased 1 band for my Fitbit Charge, I received it a few days later but the band will not stay on. It’s worthless.

I ordered 3 bands, 2 black, 1 white. The 2 black bands arrived but the white band was not delivered. Customer Service said it was delivered and to check with neighbors. Odd response given I received the 2 black bands but not the white one. However, I did as they suggested and no, none of my neighbors mistakenly received the white band. Now, customer service is not responding to my emails. Shady company, beware.
Have purchased five Fitbit Alta bands and find the very difficult to hook the band!! Very disappointed to say the least
Terrible! Purchased FitBit band on Walmart and received Ipad cover. They only emailed me once asking for package cover. I have not heard back from them for three days and still have no FitBit bands. Id give ZEROOOOO stars.
