Pathetic service I order a 2 in 1 soap dispenser. Somehow they packaged said delivered May 11, 2022 but it never arrived I guess somehow it got lost in the mail and they didn't offer any help at all. The didn't take any responsibility. This is the response I received in my email. Never again buying any of their products.

I purchase a Bottle Cutter Glass Cutter in June 2021 on order#: 4822101562331 and have not received. I contact Walmart customer service and they inform me that they contacted Legend Loftyhome and they should contact me in 48 hours, I have yet to hear back. I have requested a refund several times and still have not gotten my money back. I would like my money to be reimbursed for the item I purchased on order number: 4822101562331.

I order a cake decorating kit for my daughter for Christmas do to her getting sick and me having surgery she was just able to open her Christmas present . The cake base was cracked but the company wouldn't replace it because it was a passed 30 days i wil never buy something from this company again

Bought 2 telescopes for kids for Christmas. Opened them thst day snd after assembling one of them realized was of poor quality. Asked to return and was told was over 30 days of purchase. Didnt know Santa had to assemble immediately. Will not buy from them again!

I sent 3 scooters back which is full order #5682161354692. I need reimbursed in full for all 3.
