Placed order for two womens oversized sweaters; when I received them they were nothing like the picture and the sweaters were short not long like the picture. I took them to Walmart and they told me I had to place them in a box not a Walmart plastic bag and bring them back in a box then they would place a label on them for return shipment. A few days later I took them back to Walmart in a box with a copy of my order; Walmart then told me they had ran out of labels for shipment and to try and get address to "Third Party" that sells these sweaters ( my thought then was they surely have had a lot of returns with similar complaints like mine). After reading the above reviews; it is not likely I'm going to have any luck at this.
Terrible company to get a hold off. Purchase shoes for my dog the size small is for a miniature dog. Try various time contacting them with no luck. Contact walmart and they said Lavaport will reach out to me three weeks later still have not heard anything from Lavaport. I will never buy from them again.

Received 3 pair of pants and they are horrible. Very thin, almost sheer. Never, ever will order again. Can't get in touch with anyone to return them.

Attempted to contact 3 times about a return. Never received anything from them. All other reviews are correct, horrible company. Contacted BBB.
Order the last snake print size large top. Item was shipped to Philadelphia instead of St. Louis, MO. Walmart stated that I should hear from them within 24 hours and it has now been 3 days and no response from the seller, yet the charge is on my credit card. Will not buy anything else from this person. Walmart should remove this company from their marketplace vendors. If Walmart is not selling it direct, I will not purchase from them.
I received two pairs of leggings that, sadly, were too short and I asked the seller for a refund. An email from Walmart said I would hear from the seller within 24 hours, that was over three days ago. Unless you KNOW exactly what size you wear in Lavaport clothing, think twice about making a purchase from this seller.
