Sounds like I fell into their trap.everyone like this needs to ban together and Sue all the online companies like this one.they take and keep your money for months and then eventually,months later after drawing interest and making money off of your money theyrefund it.and never send any products out.after doing this to tens of thousands of people a day how much interest alone do you think they make.while you wait on nothing????? Wise up people ban together for massive results!!!! Or don't expect change.and posting all your proof all over social media will get some attention as well.

I give them 1 star just for the effort of displaying products. This is the worst company to deal with. Ordered a product in August, it's now Sept. and the system shows the item 2miles away from me and the delivery date is late September. Delivery date constantly changes but still no product. Stay away from this place.

Update on prev. review. Still no replacement. On 12/21/18 I was told they had sent out replacement. On 1/10/19 I was told they sent out replacement, and they were delayed. No one emailed me to notify a 3 week delay.Now it is 1/18/19, and still no replacement. Really bad customer service. No one is replying to me now.

I reveived a Christmas present for my Father in law. It arrived damaged. On 12/21 I was told a replacement was on it's way. I emailed on 1/10/19. Was told that they sent it that day. I emailed stating that because of the delay, in which no one had told me there was a delay on the replacement, as I have all the emails that were sent saved, I should also receive a partial refund. Today1/11/19, I received another email stating that I could receive either a replacement, or return for refund. So, they still haven't done what they said and actually sent a replacement. I have asked for a manager, I have asked for replacement product, due to the knife literally poking out of the side of the box, in which my son opened. Lucky he didn't get cut from it. I have asked for a partial refund as it is now 3 weeks since I was told a replacement was on it's way. Poor customer service. I will be contacting my credit card company as well, as I have not received promised product that I paid for.
