My package was not delivered to me by FedEx. They delivered it to the wrong address. Not sure what address was on the package when you shipped it out.
Here is my information again.
The problem that I am having is that FedEx said they delivered it to me but the photo they took for proof of delivery is of a complex that is down the street from me so they said the package has been delivered but not to my address. I went to that complex and the management office said they have nothing with my name on it. The item that I purchased is the Led Bluetooth Mouse seenda 3 black with colored lights. This is for my grandson. I have been dealing with this for 3 weeks now and no one wants to take responsibility for it. I did contact the Attorney General's Office and I am waiting to hear back from them. Please let me know what I need to do to get this item for him. It is all paid for and no one will give me a refund back. I just want the Bluetooth mouse black mouse with the colored light.
Please advise.
