Purchased a queen bed frame and one of the parts was defective. I contacted them through the WM application to return the item and receive a refund; their response was they would only refund me $10! Are you kidding me. Bottom line, don’t buy anything from this company, very disappointed with their products and customer service.

KYGoods does not answer their phone or emails sent through Walmart. All Walmart customer service does is send their own "escalated contact request." I have a quality issue with the floating water mat they sold, but I cannot get it replaced or repaired.

Bought a gaming chair and one leg of the chair ( the connection part between wheel and base) is broken just in 4 hours after assembling. I contacted their customer service and their response is slow and stupid. They tried to refund me 1/4 of the purchase and let me keep the defective and broken chair. Why do they think Anyone in the world is willing to spend $70 for a non-functional product or in another word “ trash” ? Very disappointed and mad at their customer service. Don’t recommend.

Ordered truck ramps on line 4/25/22. Two days later they cancelled my order claiming they got the wrong Batch from supplier. Another e mail said they had the wrong price on line. Not my problem. Won’t give me the ramps I originally ordered. Terrible company

Kygoods uses FedEx service which is horrible . They have restrictions on the packages so if you miss the delivery you’ll keep missing it because they don’t allow you to pick it up . I’ve been contacting them every single day for almost two weeks and still no led coffee table . FedEx keeps telling me they need to hear from the shipper in order to process the pickup request and they aren’t doing so . I haven’t been refunded my money at all because now I don’t want it . I’m highly disappointed in each parties customer service
