Kumar sold and delivered an almost complete plastic kit for my Deere 4200. Shipping box was terribly flimsy and un-supported. All the large pieces were crushed and Sid promised to replace them. I also sent an extra $25 for the decal kit to be shipped with the replacement parts. After almost a month of not receiving replacement, I made a fair, accurate and honest review. Jay, the next sales person-promised to ship out the parts, and the decals, but his manager MANDATED that I first retract my critical comments. I agreed to alter my review after receiving the replacement parts or a will-call ticket for returning the original damaged goods and receiving a refund. Well, a month passed and I received a box with 3 of the FIVE (5) needed parts (and NO DECAL ) in good condition although the box was crushed in transit. The company refuses to acknowledge the need for replacement of the damaged goods, respond to my email nor the need to fulfill my decal order. Obviously, it is the negligence of KUMAR management that needs to address this subject so I have escalated the complaint to our Attorney General's Office.
