Bought a canopy it bended as we were putting it up. No refund no contact made several attempts to get my credit back . very poor customer service

ojalá hubiera leido todos estos reviews antes de comprar el extractor de jugos. Yo no le doy ninguna estrella. Me he dado cuenta que su negocia es la estafa. Lo digo por todos los clientes insatisfechos, y todos han sido estafados de la misma manera. Asco de compañía. Mi extractor de jugos dejo de funcionar al poco tiempo de comprarlo, despues de mucha insistencia por mi parte me responden un email ofreciendome mandarme otro extractor de jugos. Acepté y mandaron otro que no funcionaba, era mas pequeño estaba sucio, con señales de que había sido usado anteriormente. Es el colmo de la burla! Ahora me están ofreciendo devolverme 20 dolares de los 40 que pagué. Donde quiera hay evaluaciones negativas para Ktaxon. Walmart no debería tener en su página un seller de tan baja reputación.

I purchased a Ktaxon Portable Countertop Ice Maker 44lbs/24 Hours Self Cleaner in Black on Aug 3rd2022 and it was misdelivered by FedEx and I still have yet to get a replacement or a refund considering it wasnt my fault and I am still waiting ?? I received a response email saying to check with my Neighbors on my block to locate my package that FedEx lost !! Now we are playing the waiting game with my money !! my next step is going thru my bank then thats another waiting process but since I had purchased the Ice Maker while it was hot, I have had to purchase another one from another company at a higher price while I fight to get my money back, I will not do business with tis company again !!

Worst company ever! Absolute junk. Better off buying second hand. No kidding. Will never spend another penny with this company and strongly don't recommend other to either.

I have Zero stars for them I order a glass mirror vanity and never received it I’ve been back and forth with even Walmart and they told Walmart they not going to help me. So Walmart reimburse me my money but never order anything from them and Walmart should take their products off their website.

This is the worst company to buy anything from. I recieved two products and charged for two when only wanted one. They wouldnt even help me. Tried to tell me they would give me a 20.oo refund and I could sell the product value of 140.oo what a joke..never do buisness with this company again.

I ordered 2 medicine cabinets one came damaged this happened 11/06/2021 and e Mail them and Walmart no response yet

Horrible, horrible, horrible company!!! I purchased an outdoor tent and decided not to use it for a party. I contacted them within the return timeframe. They waited 2 weeks to finally contact me and by now the return period had ended….so convenient. Then instead of sending me a RL they offered me $15 to keep it. It was $285!! I wish I could give negative stars!

Well received my new desk on Saturday from FedEX. They left it by the front door, never rang the bell. When I found it, the box had been damaged, riped, and the insides were open. I opened the box, and found none of the screws, etc. in the box. Ok, accidents happen, but I still need all the parts. Now this is the problem, who the heck do I talked to. I have been at finding a contact number, info, and their is no one. no number, no return info. This is not good business. Help me. I cannot put this together with no parts.

I bought a motor for a bicycle, and all I'm wanting replaced is the handlebar throttle because the original broke. So far in their emails, is that they are waiting for a response from their suppliers. Hmmm, there are five stars to select. How many should I select.

I PURCHASED A KTAXON RIDE ON JEEP FOR MY GRANDSON IN APRIL. HE GOT IT IN MAY FOR HIS BDAY AND WITHIN A MONTH THE PEDAL STOPPED WORKING. THEY WON'T GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER AND EVERYTHING IS THRU EMAIL. THE JEEP WAS OVER $200 AND THEY KEEP ONSISTING INFORMATION BUT WHEN I UPLOAD A VIDEO I CAN'T . THEY TELL YOU TO UPLOAD VIDEO OF IT NOT WORKING ON YOUTUBE AND SHARE IT WITH THEM, UNABKE TO DO THAT ALSO. CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY AREIN ANOTHER COUNTRY IM SURE BECAUSE THEY RESPOND TO MY EMAILS ALL HRS OF THE NIGHT. CHEAPLY MADE PRODUCTS AND THEY GIVE YOU A HASSLE WITH ASKING FOR APHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SO I CAN ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE.

I recieved a bicycle motor January 14, 2021 from Walmart, KTaxon is one of the suppliers. Issue is that its down and had to buy a new carburator, Throttle cable, and a clutch cable. The company I bought them from doesn't seem so good, and I would have preferred getting those items from KTaxon themselves. So I'm not rating yet, til I can see if they can message me to get in contact with them to solve my issues. Right now its one star, but will change soon I hope...

Bad quality and customer service is a pain.

This company is not helpful at all for canceling orders ,I ordered a cargo hitch and canceled immediately after ordering it due to the fact it couldn’t get here in time for me to use it and the website said it was still processing. Yet the company sent me an email saying they couldn’t cancel it and to just keep it or I could refuse to sign for it and they will only refund me when they get it back. Who even signs for orders these days? and they did not give me that option upon ordering Yet it’s not scheduled to be here for 2 weeks if it was delivered! This is horrible customer service and seems to me to be a shady company ! BE WARE CONSUMERS

I bought a makeup vanity. There was no damage on the box it was shipped in, so it must have damaged before in went in the box. They tried to give me a $10 refund on a $169.00 table. I said no so they upped it to $40. DO NOT buy anything from these people. They wouldn't even get one star from me except you must give at least one to post review.

bought a entertainment center through walmart and this company was the seller. they shorted us 10 specialty screws to put the stand together. when i contacted them and sent multiple pictures and the item number like they asked. their response was well offer a $20 refund and you can keep the item if you want to get the screws from your local hardware store!!! i cant get them its a specialty screw for the stand. its 10 small screws they can easily send out to me but ive gotten nothing but a hard time from them. id give them no starts if i hadnt been forced to!

I ordered a fully automatic portable washer that has a short drain hose, has to stay level with the floor in order for it to drain because they forgot to add a pump to drain the water into the sink and a long enough hose. They also give a very short water hose that has to hook up to a smooth, long faucet end. The only faucet that I have is my kitchen sink. I put the washer on my walker with a seat, hooked it up to the sink but I don't have a floor drain so the drain hose came half way up the washer which was about 1.5 feet up. It wouldn't drain. I went to take a look at it because it wasn't any higher then the specifications and I got blasted with water down my legs and all over my floor. Now they are giving me a hard time about returning it.

I ordered a bunk bed and all of my screws are old anyone else had this problem. I hope the handy man can put it up.

A Ktaxon Elegance White Dressing Vanity Table & Stool was ordered. It was not very sturdy, and the wood cracked very easily when you assembled it with very little force. Screws to assemble it with were also missing. The assembly directions sent with it stated if you had pieces missing or issues with the order to contact Customer Service by phone or email. But, no phone number or email address was provided. It took a long time on the internet to find this information. Contact is still trying to be made.
