Horrible experience. The guy is a pro scamming people, he will tell you to give him 3 weeks as soon as you place the order. then a onth passes and he tells you that he is getting the order, and he always answers that's the worse part that leaves you kind of hoping.

65 days after, I never got my order and had to dispute it thru my bank.

From Quebec Canada ,place a order tru Wallmart the 21 August 2023 Learn after paying that it was provided and delivered by this company ,let me tell you and beware of that company still waiting to be reimbursed for delivery that was send somewhere else instead of my house of course late and no reponse from them to Wallmart and me before 5 days to find out where was my package First poor response from company to Wallmart ,cause delay and no tracking Order was $14.91 Charge shipping at my home $16.63 total with taxes$33.78 Poor service delivery was never delivered at home another address poor or no

communication from Kt Supply LLC to Wallmart then Wallmart told me yesterday that my file was close because that company reimbursed already the fee of delivery THAT WASN'T TRUE WALLMART had to reopen the file to tell me after that, that company said that it was delivered at my house OF COURSE LYING ... So no more that company no more Wallmart and getting ready to file on a legal matters Please if you know before ordering that it's that company it's gone be HELL... I will follow up with that because I was a regular customer at WALLMART every week never did a complain to a company before either so desapointed.... it's not the amount but the principle and bare minimum of public service You deserve 0 star !!!

Do not buy from this business. They false advertise and sell fake, old, used, and dated things from Mexico. They do not indicate that you'll get products from another country. Customer support is rude and could not care less by providing one sentence response "the picture of the product says it in Spanish". They know what they're doing with their bait and switch tactics. They sell the product for a cheap price, charger shipping for an exorbitant fee and a restocking fee of 20%. You'll not get refunded back anything even if you take their offer to "return for a refund".

I ordered bunch of hair products from them. They sent the order and the order got close and then started to go back to them. I never got anything. Called the bank and opened a claim and I never got my money back. A scam.

I ordered two 16 oz bottles of mouthwash. The price was a little more than I'd pay in the store. They shipped me two 4 oz bottles. This place is a scam.

Wish I would have read the reviews before paying for 2 day shipping. Tried to cancel order as they took to long. They said they were waiting to get the product from a warehouse.. Waited 2 weeks before getting my order. But paid extra for 2 day shipping. Buyer beware.

I bought 2 bottles of detangler sprays. Shipping was $10 for the 2 small bottles. They actually packed and shipped one of the bottles dirty and with no cap. POOR customer service.

After reading the customers reviews, I am wondering how credible is this company. I am sick and tired of paying for products and not receive them, or they are in poor condition. I am starting to wonder about the quality of Walmart's service to their customers, especially on line.

Ordered coffee cups from them. Only received part of my order and 2 cups were broken. The rest of the shipment showed delivered. But I never received it. Contacted walmart customer service. Money for undelivered product and shipping was refunded. No response yet on replacements for broken cups. Would not recommend ordering anything from this company directly, or through walmart.com. No stars from me!! Would not let me send without a star.!!

Your company is the worst. Sending out expired products is obviously you’re game. Bottles leaking, writting on bottles fading, Old smelly products. And like a fool i bought at lease 8 bottles. ( bump off face & beard condition). Gave 4 away bottles. I give you No ⭐️‘S. I pray for your downfall & that this company will never be successful. “Tough times don’t last, Tough people do” ✅

I had ordered 2 bottles of Virex II disinfectant online (with sprayers) for $23.32 and one week later I received one damaged bottle of V05 hair shampoo (the packaging showed no damage). I contacted customer service via email sending photos of the wrong/damage bottle and they agreed to resend the order. 1 1/2 weeks later I received only one empty bottle with no sprayer top, and no solution, not the two that I ordered, not worth even $3.00. My only lament is that I did not research KT Supply before I ordered. Only later to find out that the BBB rates KT Supply a D+, in addition to the many negative online reviews. Bottom line: I wrote this buying experience off as a loss and a learning experience. My advice is to stay away from KT Supply. Believe the numerous negative reviews posted here.

Ordered a box of 12 shampoo. July 13, 2021. Got an email the order was started. They have send me scam FedEx emails. They agreed to resend the order. The date it was in my area was before it was sent. I figured out they’re sending the FedEx emails. Total scam.

Picture showed 4 bottles and I paid expecting 4 and only got 1. No packing slip, poorly packaged. Don't even want to bother trying to correct it. Win some, lose some. Won't use them again.

I ordered Wahl clippers on 4/23/20. They were due to arrive on 5/1/20. They were never received or shipped. The FedEx tracking # provided only shows the shipping label was printed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Will not purchase from again. It’s shameful to take advantage of others especially during a worldwide pandemic.

Package was damaged & leaking when received

Ordered a Wahl clipper on 4/22, received no correspondence besides a confirmation. I am in CT and they are in NJ, figured I would get it in a few days. Reached out on 5/1 requesting refund, they actually responded....a week later no refund. I think they are a scam and just want my money back. I was able to order a new clipper from other vendor and had it in my hands before they even replied back to me.
