Ordered two lanterns as advertised on Walmart Web site. They were priced at $9.97 each. But Koolekoo charged me $13.99 each. Have been trying to get refund
and even contacted Walmart. But the company dies not respond. Will never do business with them again. Walmart has forwarded my emails and they do not answer.
Will contact Walmart to see they do not use this company.
I ordered 2 hammock swings from this company through Walmart. When they sent the package there was only one and when I checked the shipping labels, both packages had the same shipping address so they showed both as delivered. I had to work with the Walmart customer service system which was a long wait and a nightmare only to be told that they didn't' have anymore in stock and that they would issue a refund. I was planning to use these swings for a gazebo I am building for my wedding. I emailed the company the week before and received zero response about the issue. Now if I want the swing from another retailer, it won't arrive until a week after the wedding date and I have to pay 3x the cost. This company totally screwed me over. Do Not Buy from them. They hide behind the fact that Walmart will deal with angry customers. This is unexpectable and i will not be ordering from them ever again.
