I bought a reconditioned samsung S-20 cell phone from wal mart that was remanufactured. It has failed badly.

I ordered a refurbished. IPhone 7 times from walmart. Each time walmart cancellation d my order. After reading these emails I am glad walmart cancelledy orders. I look elsewhere.

I bought an iphone 7 plus from them and after two years, it stopped working after I dropped it accidentally. It did not turn on anymore whatsoever

Never order from this company. I ordered an Apple Watch and it was in poor condition. I returned the product and never received my refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER ! Period. I purchased almost a $200 Apple Watch and never received it. It apparently says it was delivered …. So they told me to contact fedex who denied my claim and told me to contact the sender…. So these people. They won’t do anything and it’s been two months of back and forth I should not be responsible for something I never received & instead of giving me a refund they basically told me to F off. Never again. I’d give ZERO stars if I could.

Do not recommend buying from this company Kiss Electronics. When you purchase an item and want to return it they will bombard you with automated e-mails asking you not to contact them as they are receiving a high volume of e-mails and will contact you . They don't contact you until the warranty period has passed then refuse to honor the return policy. I highly recommend never buying from these people or you'll get burnt and be out product as well as your money!

Kiss Electronics Inc sold me a iPhone XR in June and I have not been able to get in contact with them about the phone it has never worked since day 1

Did not get what I paid for. Purchased Apple Watch Series 5 but got the Series 4 instead and the wrong size.

They are full of crap . I will never deal with kiss electronics again. I received my phone in less than ideal packaging for a fragile item. And I opened it, took one look, and decided I’m going to immediately resend it. I understand the meaning of refurbished items, but my phone looks as if it’s been dragged on the road. Beyond disappointed.

Bought a 200$ I phone 7 that's refurbished which needs an e sim .. the only reason I know that is because I took it to a local store and that's what they told me and they deal with them phones.. called customer service for kiss electronics and they could not help me and they don't even know what a esim is let the lady tell it you need to get these people off of walmart.com and let them sell locally to the people that are near them that way they can go in there and tell them about themselves really makes me never want to order anything off walmart.com again

Bought a cell phone - i7 plus in December 2019. It was advertised as Unlocked and it was NOT. The speaker does not work and neither does the microphone. I have to use headphones in order to talk on the phone. It is junk!!! I only ordered this because it was sold through Wal-Mart. Had I known it was some independent chop shop I would never had done it. I paid for Wal-Marts service plan and when I contacted them they said it was still under warrantee and I needed to go through these guys and I have been trying for MONTHS to get ahold of someone - anyone. NOTHING. The year will be up soon and then what can I do? I wish I would have seen these reviews before I bought it. How is it legal for these guys to continue to do business and rip people off!!! It sure is RIGHT!

These thieves sent me a broken item and offered me a refund once I sent it back MONTHS LATER they kept on claiming not to have recieved it. THEY FINALLY RECIEVE THEN CLAIM THEY CANNOT OFFER ME A REFUND. WALMART TAKE THIS TERRIBLE BUYER OFF OF YOUR DAMN SITE IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THEY SCAM ANYONE ELSE
