This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with! 100% thieves. Please never buy where it comes from this place. They don’t even deserve a rating and should be shut down!!!

BROUGHT A TENT DID NOT NEED IT AFTER ALL, IT WAS UNOPENED, COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY.THEY POLICY IS 90 DAYS AND THEY TRIED TO CHANGE IT TO 30 DAYS. THEY WANT A PICTURE OF ITEM THAT IS IN A BOX. I JUST WANT THEM TO BE A HONEST COMPANY AND REFUND MY MONEY.

I had a order that was purchased on June 20th. You canceled my order and kept my money you need to refund me $215 this was June 20th and here it is July and I still have not received my money somebody needs to contact me ASAP I'm going to report this to the better Business bureau of Seth and this is Steph by taking knowing you was not going to purchase give me my item my number is 404-302-0347

I purchased an item from Walmart and it is the wrong size, i have been trying for two weeks now to send this back for a refund I CANNOT USE ITEM AS I TOLD THEM...IT IS THE WRONG SIZE . THEY WILL NOT CONFIRM THIS, FIRST I PUT IN FOR A REFUND, THEN THEY WANT A APICTURE OF THE ITEM AND NOW STILL HERE WAITING FOR A LABEL TO RETURN THIS ITEM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY VERY BAD SERVICE

I purchased an item from this seller through Walmart. The item was supposed to be a pasta maker but when I opened the box it was a toy car. Contacted Walmart and they told me since it was a third party seller, I could only receive a partial refund. When contacting this company they told me I would have to contact Walmart. Beware of this company! Obviously they are only concerned with making money rather than keeping customers happy. I am not only out my money, I don't have time to reorder the Christmas present for my daughter. I will NEVER order from this company again and will advise others to avoid them also!

Purchased a beach canopy through Walmart on 9/8/22 but when received it 9/13/22 realized it would not work on the beach at all. The leg flaps are loose and would have been blowing constantly making noise!! Had to order another since were leaving 9/18/22. When we attempted to return this on 9/12/22 we were told it was not within a month and they would only refund 30%. This should be within one month of when order was received. That would be when we would realize it wasn't acceptable. When being gone on vacation for over a week we weren't able to initiate return immediately. Will not purchase anything else from this company and certainly didn't return giving them a 70% profit.

This seller is a Joke. I bought a party tent from Walmart, unfortunately it was through this seller. The tent arrived late and I wanted to return this item.

Walmart suggested me to contact the seller.

Seller keep on sending emails with 10%, 20% all the way up to 70% refund. Without listening that it’s of no use to me and I just want to return. Seller emails back around 3:00 am, so each email conversation took a day to respond. Very poor customer service. Non-professional. Rude email language. Never ever ever ever buy from this seller

Tried to cancel right away and they forced item into shipped now it’s sitting in PA for three days, I’m sure it will be lost or damaged and I won’t get a refund, I found out Item is not as advertised

The customer service is horrible. The person tried to twist what I was saying happened to the 10x10 tent. The siding was not even how the pictures look. The wind blew it and the leg bent and couldn't close it back together. I don't understand how something of that price can bend so easily by wind. Also the tent weights recommend by Walmart are the weights I purchased and they did not bend the legs. It flew away and got bent by hitting my shed. I'm not sure why your not approving the refund if I was only able to use it for one day and it bent so badly I couldn't even close the tent back. Then replied they could give a $50 discount to buy a new one. The tent was $150 why would I spend another $100 for aluminum foil, because metal would not have bent that easily where I had to completely break the leg off to close the tent.

this is the worst product I have ever had I parked just two of them because I’m at full-time living at a campground so I need it for cooking for a while you’re sitting underneath for shading of course so the walls are all protecting my stop at first I was like we got a little wind the walls are flopping They’re only held on four pieces of Velcro on the two sides and the top and the stitching is barely even there so of course the wind comes it breaks the wall the wall flops knocks over my television onto the ground and breaks it and knocked over my stackable storage unit also so now I have $400 worth of damage they’re just trying to replace the walls and tell me not to use it hello it’s already up ha ha of course I’m not using the walls they’re damaged I’m trying to get a refund I have till August 5 they don’t seem to want to do that nor take care of the damage of the product dead it also the roof the water pools and sits there the only way for it to get out is if you push it out but water leaks in so any of my other stuff it’s in there is going to get ruined also this is junk I spent a lot of money and I’m very dissatisfied my advice stay away pay more money for something even though this is a lot there’s better quality out there

I ordered a treadmill they keep sending emails stating it is on the way and the delivery has been delayed 3 times I have assembly for this product scheduled in 2 days I ordered this on 6/3/2022

I ordered a canopy from you. It was not the right canopy so I asked for a return. You asked for pictures. I sent detailed pictures. I haven’t had any contact from you since I sent the pictures. I have emailed you several times, still no response. Walmart needs to drop you as a vendor. Lousy service. I guess I just got stuck with a canopy I don’t want or need. Total waste of my money.

I ordered from them at Walmart.com on Jan. 2,2021. This company sent a bike to me thru Fedex and they (Fed ex) sent the box to their fraud division in Mount Olive MS because the shipper had problems with their fedex account. The company phone number is not in service, they only send E Mails. Now they say that the bike is out of stock rather then reshipping the one originally sent. Don't order from Kioerystore on this site as they are unreliable...a scam.
