I ordered a scooter from from this company and not only was the order over a month late it came broken. The tube in the back tire had no valve and the rubber itself was all shredded. It looked like the people shipping it went for a test drive. I called them and after I told them how the item was when we opened it and sent them pictures stressing that my bf didn't even rt to ride it yet they told mes that it was ridden with not enough air in the tire??.? And I have to pay them 50 doars for a new tire not including shipping. I will never buy anything from them again.

Do not order from these guys, I ordered an LOL surprise glitter ball for my daughter, they delivered it to a different state I don't live in, they delivered it to Utah, I called Walmart corporate, they informed kingtoys what happened and there response was that my package for delivered to mt address, now I have avery upset daughter, DO NOT ORDER FRO THEM! They get 1 star from me

Never received product. They mailed it 8/17 apparently from Idaho with an expected ship date of 8/24. A few hours later, I receive an email that it has been delivered to my house in California!! Contacted Walmart and have not heard back from anyone. Very fraudulent company. Wish I had seen reviews before I ordered.

Never received product. Lost for 6 days now. Kingtoys won't refund my money. I ordered on may 4 and today is the 20th. I really think that is long enough to wait!

Do Not order from this company. I ordered an item through Walmart from this company and the package was stolen from my door step. Item delivered almost 5 days early and I wasnt home at the time. I contacted customer service via email and the help that i got is pretty much none. Now I am out of $80.00 and no gift for my child. I AM AN EXTREMELY ANGRY CUSTOMER that should've went with her first instinct and went into an actual store. I AM A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND A LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
