I received a delivery and a follow-up email. The email included a picture to let me know where my order was left and a warning to bring it in for safe keeping. That would have been a nice idea if the picture had not been taken in the front seat of a car instead of correctly being taken where the order was actually left.
I LOVE the Sanders dark chocolate sea salt caramels, but you should not mail them in hot weather. Mine arrived as a dark chocolate sea salt carmel blobs. I ate every bit of them, but I thought you should know that they don't ship well in hot weather even with the little ice pack.
Your company charged me $25.99 for a delivery. I must advise you that I have never had or requested a delivery from you or any one else, therefore
I refuse to pay this amount. I would suggest that you immediately do some investigations to take care of this problem . I' m awaiting a refund.
