I wish I had researched this company before placing my order on Overstock. They give Overstock a bad reputation. I placed an order and after a week no order update, showing the same message...processing. I contacted them, no reply...so I cancelled the order.

same problem here my friends they got the FedEx label but never shipped i call Walmart they refund my money now i receive an email updating my shipping after me writing to the company like 10 times asking about my bedframe, so i got tired and call Walmart, don't order from them they are the worst

Walmart and overstock use the same vendor for these Vecelo products and it seems like they sell in bad faith. Ordered an item on Dec 8th, original estimated ship date when I ordered was to be the 13th I believe. After the item was ordered, paid, and processed the delivery date went to Dec. 23rd. It is now the 22nd and I just received an email that my order is canceled. They are out of stock and not sure when it'll be back in. Terrible business practice to sell in bad faith, I ordered 2 weeks ago and they continued to sell this product on both platforms; Walmart and Overstock only to cancel my order order a day before delivery becsuse now they've oversold. Terrible company.

Awful. Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered new beds for my grandkids and told them the delivery date only for the delivery date to come and the shipper hadn't even shipped them off yet. Grandkids very upset. Had to look for replacements

Order not received. No response after a month

POS company sending me the same grammatically incorrect automated email responses for 3 days now after emailing them about when my bed would arrive. WHY Walmart would continue to use this POS company is beyond me. ANY RESPONSE WALMART?!!! After all of these bad reviews?!!! My business is DONE with Walmart now...going to Amazon now. How pathetic!!! Where is the 0 star choice?!!!

Ordered a desk from KHD Group and they said UPS forgot to pick it up. Then they said wait for delivery. It was delivered to an entirely different city per UPS. Do not order from them.

I purchased a bed frame September 2. It is now September 30 and have not received any updates. KHD Group is a SCAM! Whenever I click on track order, all it says is order pending, but KHD Group said they had shipped it out. THEY ARE LYING! Please stay far far far away.

Everything I'm reading is so true. They completely scammed me as well. They create fake shipping labels so they can take your money and give excuse after excuse. I ended up have 2 shipping labels created for my order which proves the scam they're running. So disgusting that Walmart has keep them on as a seller for them. Totally gives them a bad rep. Exactly why I order from Amazon their standards are so much higher and they back everything 100%

KHD Group is just a scam! I ordered it on 21 June from WalMart.com and initially it said the delivery is 26 June, then they changed it to 1 July. I checked the status and it says "Shipped by 22 June" and was given a Fedex Tracking number. I waited til 1 July and it wasn't delivered. I called Fedex to inquire. Fedex said KHD made a shipping label but never really shipped the bed. The Fedex tracking is fake. I called WalMart and they tried to call the vendor but the phone was not working. They emailed the vendor and Wal Mart said that if they don't respond, Wal Mart will issue me a refund. I did some research and found out that it is a common practice of KHD to say "shipped" but they never really shipped them. BBB rating is an "F", don't buy from these scammers! RATING is NO STAR!

Order two beds. Shows it was shipped. Called fedex, fedex states the the shipping label was made but the pick up was never order. I was to receive this by June 2. Company is out of business!!!!!

I made an order threw walmart and i never got it because your company failed to send it out. And not the item is no longer available. Very disappointed

This company is horrible. I ordered a bed frame on May 21. It was supposed to be delivered on June 3. Never arrived and now the tracking says delayed. Contacted the company and they keep putting me off . Trying to offer

Me a $4 refund for my trouble. Good thing I paid with PayPal as I know that they will refund my money. Don’t buy anything from these scammers

My order has been on fedex truck in Tuscaloosa Alabama since Tuesday still hasn't been delivered to me and cannot talk to anyone who will tell me when I will get it

KHD Group Inc. is garbage! I ordered something on 23 June was given a tracking # that was wrong. (Found that out when said my package was delivered and it wasn't) The order was promised to be delivered by 3 July. Still has not been mailed (FedEx said KHD made a shipping label on 28 June but they never shipped the bed) KHD will not answer phones/emails. If I try to return the bed I ordered it will cost me $25 for return (even though it was never shipped) plus, 20% restocking fee.
