I second the above one star review, I purchased a Ps5 controller from Amazon and returned it to key2 west Marketing which is also a third party not associated with Amazon. I returned it within the allotted time for returns.
They said I sent a empty box ! I corresponded with them and they said it was me who sent empty box, I definitely sent it and did not say they were at fault but stated the FACT that it was dropped off at a UPS shipper and either someone between my drop off or the key2 west company itself stole it ( I packaged it in a I pad box so whoever got it thought it was a IPad probably). They accused me of being the one at fault, not even considering it might be the shipper !
Fortunately Amazon refunded my money, I am still dealing with Amazon and USP to find out who was that thief either USP or Key2 West.
Key2West was very disrespectful in my correspondence by not considering any other possibility other than me being responsible. It’s either them or the shipping company ! That I know for sure
This company harassed me after I sent back a purchase that was accidentally bought. They insist that we swapped product. Make sure if you purchase on Walmart.com you are not buying 3rd party.
