I order a Air humidifier and you can’t even get a replacement filter for from Walmart so now it doesn’t work with out a new filter so I wasted my money

I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Ordered a water pic. 11 days later got an email saying it still hasn’t been shipped and the order has been cancelled. Never any communication in between saying there was an issue. Why is Walmart still doing business with them?? What she you could give zero stars!
I can see why Keenstone currently rates a 1.1 out of 5 on consumer ratings. Purchased a mattress from them and had a question. No one responds from e-mail, their VM Mailbox leaves a recording saying "Mailbox is full" and hangs up on you. Are you serious? What a joke? How does Walmart continue to let them be a supplier with this kind of service? Unbelievable....
Please do not order from this fake company! It is a scam. They do not respond to any inquiries, they will not refund your money, they do not send products. I will be reporting to BBB and Attorneys general. Also tried to retrieve my personal banking info to RIP me off even more.
If I could give them 0 stars I would! Ordered a sous vide cooler from them and then I was sent an update that the order is packaged and ready for UPS pickup. That was a week ago and status is still the same. UPS said they have not been made aware the item is ready to ship. Walmart emailed the company and got no response. Walmart is in the process of refunding me my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I hope Walmart removes them from their marketplace. They take your money and do not send the product.
I bought an air purifier on the 18 and shown on ups that my delivery was to be on may 22 at 9 pm well it never came then sat it showed I'd get it on sat may 23 and still nothing and just stays at in Transit so it's lost in transit some how some where. I'm very P.O. about it . I really wanted it they need to get it together and respond when companies get ahold of them
This is the third Chinese company I have tried to find a website to contact with no results. It seems they hide among numerous other company names without ever showing a corporate entity. This being said I purchased many Keenstone RCR123A batteries for security system. The batteries are bulging at positive side. Discoloring (grayish brown). Plastic layer peeling off the negative side. I wanted to alert and complain but unable to find responsible contact. Becoming very skeptical buying from a Chinese company.
they don't sell anything just take money. they said they delivered my order. it never came. trying to get wal-mart or the company to answer is a joke. but wal-mart has to know they are robbing people and still they let them use mal-mart to do so. wal-mart is just as bad as these guys.
I order 2 ring light for my girls $49.00 each and only received one in mail.
they raise their prices on Walmart site just to reduce them stating clearance. Items marked up 4 times, then reduced to more than u can purchase at their website. On wm they state shipped by keenstone, so took a while to find the company morpilot, and there is NO phone number
zero stars. Their products online at Walmart are a bunch of lies. 2 coffee grinders, clearance, ha ha, @ $17 & 21 REDUCED from 71 & 83, when it is $17.99 on THEIR WEBSITE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
The shipping was fast and I was happy about that but I ordered a luggage set of 3 hard case liggages, they were labeled expandable which they weren’t and 2 of the three came dented very badly now I am trying to reach out to them and the phone number they have listed sounds like a cell phone with a full voicemail box so I can’t even leave a message! For something I spent over $100 for I am very angry that they came in such bad condition and I cannot even get in touch with anyone to rectify the problem! Unbelievable, stay clear of this seller!
I purchased a Morpilot oral irrigator recently. The pulse is too strong for me, even if I put it on the softess setting. My issue is there is no phone # to contact
your customer service & if I return it to Walmart, or mail it back, I have to pay a restocking fee of 20%! I really need it & wish there was a gentle setting on it

I ordered an electric shaver set from this company on 7/23/18. They sent me a delivery email with an arrival date of 8/30/18. That is a crazy long wait time already considering via the FedEx tracking the package was in Omaha NE on 7/27/18. I waited a couple of weeks and contacted FedEx, They said that the product had been delivered to Omaha and that the USPS would be bringing it the rest of the way. I contacted the USPS in Omaha and they had to record of the package I decided to contact Keenstone themselves on 8/29/18 and sent everything including the tracking #'s and my order # off of the WalMart site of 4751855-220424.. I sent an email on 8/29 and one on 8/30 to see if they got the first one. I haven't heard a single word from them. I have never had an issue like this and I normally order from Walmart online a couple of times a month. This wouldn't be that big of a deal as I only lost out on $25 something. But I am disabled and have to pick and choose very carefully that I'm actually going to get what I order. Very disappointed. I'm aware that this isn't WalMart's mess up, but maybe they should be more careful about who they let sell on their website as this still reflects badly on them.
