SCAMMER “created” shipping label but never shipped product. Didn’t even create shipping label until requested cancellation.

This company is a con. I ordered a pet carrier and they got my money but answered no emails I sent and their phone put you on hold indefinitely. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

After spending hours trying to get them to admit that they charged us for a desk that never arrived, their final answer was “out of stock”. We will be getting a refund, but IT IS NOT WHAT WE WANT. When we ordered and paid for the desk they had it in stock and suddenly it is “out of stock”. We’ve been Walmart’s customers for many years and NEVER had any problems with them. Sadly, now we feel abused by this Keenstone Corp., which will obviously affect our feelings re: Walmart. They don’t even deserve a star.

I wish I've read these reviews before ordering. Never any communication in between saying there was an issue with my order. Why is Walmart still doing business with them?? Zero stars should be an option!

Not responsive at all -- non-existing customer service. If you need to return a mattress from them, you need to pressure Walmart to process your return. Don't expect the actual seller to do their job...THUGS

they sent me four slice toaster and after 3 mo one side wont stay down, Piece of junk. Do not buy from this co.

Worse company i have ever dealt with. Their phones wont allow you to connect to someone, their emails are rude and theres no follow through. And their product sucks!!

If you purchased on Walmart.com please reach out to them under "contact us" on the website, I was able to provide my order number and email under the "chat" function and resolve my return issue. They are aware of the poor customer service and will assist you in getting a refund. As for this company I will never ever purchase anything they sell again. I hope Walmart will see the poor quality they provide and remove them from their website.

Ordered auto cup holder from Walmart. Will not stay tight. Would not purchase this product. Walmart does not cover warranty. Will not buy again

I order a Air humidifier and you can’t even get a replacement filter for from Walmart so now it doesn’t work with out a new filter so I wasted my money

I can see why Keenstone currently rates a 1.1 out of 5 on consumer ratings. Purchased a mattress from them and had a question. No one responds from e-mail, their VM Mailbox leaves a recording saying "Mailbox is full" and hangs up on you. Are you serious? What a joke? How does Walmart continue to let them be a supplier with this kind of service? Unbelievable....

Please do not order from this fake company! It is a scam. They do not respond to any inquiries, they will not refund your money, they do not send products. I will be reporting to BBB and Attorneys general. Also tried to retrieve my personal banking info to RIP me off even more.
