The shipping was fast and I was happy about that but I ordered a luggage set of 3 hard case liggages, they were labeled expandable which they weren’t and 2 of the three came dented very badly now I am trying to reach out to them and the phone number they have listed sounds like a cell phone with a full voicemail box so I can’t even leave a message! For something I spent over $100 for I am very angry that they came in such bad condition and I cannot even get in touch with anyone to rectify the problem! Unbelievable, stay clear of this seller!
I purchased a Morpilot oral irrigator recently. The pulse is too strong for me, even if I put it on the softess setting. My issue is there is no phone # to contact
your customer service & if I return it to Walmart, or mail it back, I have to pay a restocking fee of 20%! I really need it & wish there was a gentle setting on it

I ordered an electric shaver set from this company on 7/23/18. They sent me a delivery email with an arrival date of 8/30/18. That is a crazy long wait time already considering via the FedEx tracking the package was in Omaha NE on 7/27/18. I waited a couple of weeks and contacted FedEx, They said that the product had been delivered to Omaha and that the USPS would be bringing it the rest of the way. I contacted the USPS in Omaha and they had to record of the package I decided to contact Keenstone themselves on 8/29/18 and sent everything including the tracking #'s and my order # off of the WalMart site of 4751855-220424.. I sent an email on 8/29 and one on 8/30 to see if they got the first one. I haven't heard a single word from them. I have never had an issue like this and I normally order from Walmart online a couple of times a month. This wouldn't be that big of a deal as I only lost out on $25 something. But I am disabled and have to pick and choose very carefully that I'm actually going to get what I order. Very disappointed. I'm aware that this isn't WalMart's mess up, but maybe they should be more careful about who they let sell on their website as this still reflects badly on them.
Wrong battery sent, attempting to return today. don't think I will have much luck.
I thought I bought an indoor antenna through Walmart online. When it didn't work at all I took it back to Walmart but they informed me that they couldn't take it back and I actually got it through Keenstone Corp and had to ship it back to them for a refund. I sent it back to Keenstone Corp. on June26th and have never heard a word. Looks like my money is gone. Needless to say I will never buy through Walmart on line again.
Beware. I had ordered a antenna 8/1/2018 and I haven’t received it yet. I contacted this company and I was told that they was going to send another. Still waiting. Never will I order anything else from this company.
Wow, I've experienced the same Andrew D. I ordered TWO (2) antennas. Today 08/08/2018 I received one box with only ONE antenna, this is not acceptable coming from Walmart. I would like to know when I'm I going to receive my 2nd antenna. Poor online experience for being the 1st time for me. My Order number: 4851861-673048. Send out my antenna as soon as possible, and free of charge for shipment. Please properly train your staff in being very detail and how to properly fulfill customers request orders.
