This company is a total scam and should be kicked out of the Walmart Marketplace program. My unfortunate situation echoes all the stories that have been written up. Order an item on the Walmart site not knowing it was actually being sold by Kawell. The ship date changed and was a month out so I tried to cancel and was never able to reach anyone or receive any response back. Then the item arrived. Tried to contact them again to send it back. Again, no response. Tried to take it back to a Walmart store and they laughed and said sorry, that lousy company is not our problem, and you can't return it here. They said we would have to contact Kawell. Yeah, good luck with that. This company is downright despicable.
I thought I was dealing with Wal Mart. No. it is this crazy company. Not only did I not get my order when promised, I can't even track it to see where it is. I have been charged on my credit card. Either product of refund. Not that hared people. Never again this company is a nightmare. I with I could have read the reviews before I ordered from Walmart. Lesson learned!
BUYER BE AWARE..Placed my order through walmart.com. Received email stated that package will be shipped on May 15 instead of May 7 as stated when I placed my order. Contacted walmart and the shipment was "delayed shipping" and that the company would contact me within 24 hours. I attempted to contact the vendor and same as others was not able to leave message. I was not aware of walmart's online rules until I asked for a full refund and the agent explained. Buyer be ware.
I ordered from them through Walmart.com, the order supposedly shipped, but delayed in transit? Today it is 14 days late , still not delivered. Not only will I never order from them again, I will never order from Walmart.com either. -10 rating.
Don’t buy from this company they have a track record of delaying purchases or not sending them at all... I can’t even contact their customer service email because it shows up as an error message or doesn’t go through... I will be calling next.. don’t go through this hassle . I wouldn’t even give a star if there was that option.
DO NOT TRUST!!! Lying scumbags. I'm in an email argument with them, it's unbelievable to me that Walmart would associate themselves with this. The one star is the only way to post this, otherwise it would be negative rating.
I ordered through Wal Mart and have been very dissatisfied with the service from Kawell. I'd prefer a negative (-5) rating.
We made an order on April 19, 2020, and the product was to be delivered on May 5, 2020 through USPS. No product arrived, no call, no email that the item would be late. Checked the tracking and found out that the item never shipped. Tried to contact the seller and kept getting an error message. Contacted Walmart.com, I waited for 3.5 hours for a Walmart.com representative. I spoke to a nice representative named Andrew, who offered a refund. He also said he would contact the vendor to find out why the item never made it., and see if he can find out what happened to my package. I trusted the fact that the product was offered through Walmart.com, and never imagined that a company who partnered with Walmart could not be trusted. I will wait for the response, but I have no faith in a company who never contacted the buyer to let them know the product never made it the Post Office. Kawell showed no responsibility to the buyer. Now I find the website and see these reviews, I am irritated over the lack of customer service. Let the buyer beware of this company.
I was promised my order on May 5, by end of day. When I went in to track the package, it said it was in California Sunday night May 3. Later today, May 5, I checked status again and it says it left the regional distribution center in Los Angeles on May 4 - which means it will not be here today. New predicted date of arrival is May 7. I too will be going to WalMart if that package does not arrive. Wish I had read the reviews above before my purchase. (I corrected some dates of my previously submitted comment.)
I had a order that should have been here April 28 still have not got it they got my money I have called many times says mailbox is full please don’t order from them
I ordered an item on April 18 which they said shipped on April 23 to arrive on April 30. Never received and spent three hours tracking the package. Long and short, the package is still sitting in the warehouse and never got shipped. Kawell does not answer the phone, business number listed says mailbox is full and there is no way to contact them through instant chat or email or phone. I waited one hour tracking the package at the post office and spent 48 minutes on phone with Walmart who decided to honor my purchase and refund my money. I had no idea that when I ordered this item from Walmart it would be coming from another source -- Kawell. Lesson learned but so much time wasted
Received preliminary confirmation of my package on April 20 here it is May 1 no package expected delivery 4/30/2020. No info USPS said they received notification of package but no package. Walmart needs to make good!

This company is not to be trusted. Placed an order through Walmart, thinking I was actually getting a product from Walmart. Rec'd an email that my item shipped and would arrive by April 30. Rec'd a tracking number and item actually did not ship as confirmed by Walmart. Take your money and run...that is what is happening here. Shame on you.
