If I could rate this crappy company zero stars I would. I ordered a 2019 Hamster calendar for my girlfriend through Walmart itself. Got a email and confirmation number and was notified I would recieve my calendar within 2-2 1/2 weeks. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received anything. Talked to the Walmart that ordered it for me. They can’t do anything because it’s not their product. They just sell stuff on their website for that company. Spent over 20 dollars to get my girlfriend something she would like. All to find out I got ripped off. The company isn’t responding to calls or emails. Don’t ever buy something from this company. You’ll get ripped off. That’s a fact.

I purchased a chicken flavored Nylabone for my dog, using Walmart. Kassar Enterprises LLC were to fill the order. Thy did not. They sent me the wrong item! Instead, I was sent the smaller version of the toy, that is meant for a toy sized dog up to 15 pounds. It was not the chicken flavored toy as advertised, but is instead the medley flavored which is for the toy sized dog. When I informed the seller this happened, they refused to let me return it for a refund saying that they do not carry anything but the chicken flavored version, however, I am sitting here with the medley flavored toy that they sent me. I do NOT recommend buying anything from Kassar Enterprises LLC as this seller will not make it right when they make a mistake! They did not even try! Instead they accused me of using a stock photo to show what they sent me. I sent them another photo with the item on my lap, with the packaging they sent it to me in, to show that it was NOT a stock photo. I do not expect a reply!

You can save your money if you're thinking of purchasing the DNAffirm Canine DNA Testing Kit. Once you receive the kit with instructions on how to scrape the cells from the insides of your dog's cheeks and you send it in...you'll wait for a couple of months with no results. Then, you can email their customer service dept. and ask where the results of what breed (or breed mix) your dog are...they'll let you know that their site you're suppose to go to for the results has been down. Then they'll provide a link to your dog's results. The problem with that is they obviously just looked at the picture you were required to send along with your online profile. I was shocked to see the results they gave me for our dog's DNA test. They said she was a German Shepherd/Husky mix. Since I am not good with computers, I had asked my daughter to upload/download a picture of our little Lollie. She must not have been very careful because the picture she ended up sending as of Missy. Missy is a Husky/Shiba Inu mix. But the cells we took from our dog's cheek for them to analyze came from Lollie...a Pom-Chi (Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix). So they didn't do a DNA test at all. They looked at the picture and gave us written "results" on what they thought she looked like. A complete scam and waste of money. I just gave it one star to record SOMETHING...this was a total waste!
