Well which I have read these reviews I could have help my self from being ripped off. By kas motion I placed an order but never received it help help unable to contact them by phone .

Will never buy the chargers from them again say that the chargers will charge faster than normal. Total lie. Hate when you can't trust people

Real bunch of crooks. Pulled a bait and switch on me. Only got part of my order and they would not respond to e-mails or customer service calls

This company is terrible. I bought something through Walmart.com and tried to return it. This company sells through Walmart. Wanted to return the item. Walmart sent email and told me it would be 48 hrs. to get a response. Nothing. Sent another email. Nothing. Called and left a voicemail to call me back. Nothing. I'm not the smartest crayon in the box - but I will never buy another thing from this company. Stay away. Stay sane. Wish I could give this company a -star. It doesn't even deserve one star.

got scam for the second time for the same order. i am so through with this company and walmart

I bought a toenail grinder there is no instructions on how to use it guess I just got ripped off from them

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered almost 70.00 worth of product. I received an email stating my package had been delivered. I checked my delivery area.... Nothing. Checked my shipping status again. My package was delivered, so they say, to a town in north east Wisconsin, I live in Southwestern Wisconsin, SERIOUSLY. Company is nothing but a fraud. Now, I am waiting for my refund.................. If there was a negative star rating, that would be where I would rate them. So sad. These were going to be Christmas presents. How can Walmart allow companies like this to be associated with them. SO SAD!!

Order off petlool.com that is one of your sister companys. Ordered a hdk RC car that they had advertised. Well I never got the one I ordered and they sent me a 30 dollar RC that I could of bought from Amazon did I say they charged me 80 dollars your company false advertising should not be allowed lucky you got the one star I gave you

like everyone else said... scam. send inferior products in place of the actual product ordered, jump thru hoops to try to get resolve. if you accept the minimal refund they offer, it will get processed so you get the paypal email, and then they cancell the transaction and blame paypal. do not waste your time and/or money. this was sold thru letsodoo.com, which obviously is another great chinese company.

Watch out for this seller. I was going to purchase a 'Fitness Watch M3 Band Smart Blood Pressure Bracelet Wristband Tracker Heart Rate' on Walmart.com. It showed all the features I wanted including Pulse Oxygen and Blood Pressure. Then I noticed the writing after the title. It reads: Do not include watch)

All I can say is this is just another Chinese scammer who's trying to rip off Americans with shady sales tactics and fake items. I'm so finished with shopping online. From now on it brick and mortar stores where I can see, touch and smell the item I am purchasing. Thanks China for destroying our trust in online shopping in America. I wonder if I would have just got the typical 'So Solly, We Reship' response if I would have ordered this item and never received it?

Now I know why this company was rated a 1 out of a 5 star.. sent me the wrong phone case!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes on January 23rd and still have not received them. Guess I just lost over $75.00!!!!

I ordered a Red stainless steel tumbler and I received a pink one, I was going to try and return it but after reading all these reviews I suppose I will just live with it.

I really don’t like pink.

Don't buy anything from Kas Motion Inc, their customer service is terrible. I ordered an outer wear hooded button sweater and received a very inferior no button, no hooded not outer wear sweater in a smaller size. I do not want this sweater but they are not willing to take it back nor refund my money. They offered me a $5 refund, when I rejected this they offered me a $10 refund and told me to either sell this crappy sweater or give it away as a gift. I only gave it a one star because a no star is not an option.

I'm wondering if Walmart knows about how bad the customer service is through this company. Apparently neither Walmart or KAS MOTION INC care about repeat business.

Don't buy from them. They have no return policy. I ordered a pair of shoes from them and the size was wrong. They claimed I chose the wrong size. I don't think I did but let's say I did. The point is that when I contacted them, they told me that I had to pay half the value of the original purchase in order to get the right size shoes. Terrible Customer Service!!!!!

If you ordered through PayPal, which I did, you have 180 days to open a dispute. I hope they will resolve this issue for me. We will see.
