Purchased a Light for 2014 BMW X3 from KarParts360 store on 10/09 from their Amazon storefront. They sent the wrong part and requested a return through Amazon. Return was sent back via UPS and received by them on 11/4. As of 12/31 still have not received a refund from them. Every time I contact their customer service department I get a different reason why the refund hasn't been sent. Buyer beware!
