I purchased a senior reclining lift chair with heat and massage from Walmart, it was shipped thru karma Far. Well 9 months and $500 later the chair fell apart and it is junk. I contacted the company thru Walmart a nd they told me it was not guaranteed, "stuff it with foam". I didn't pay $500 for a chair that I have to stuff with foam. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I QUOTE,DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a rip off and they sell junk, they treat you like you are their bank and take your money thinking you are buying a good product and they know they selling you junk. So here I am, an 80 year old senior on a fixed income , short $500 only 9 months later. You expect a chair to last longer then 9 months. Spread the word, DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

At the end of last year, I ordered picture frames Karmas Far Inc sells through Walmart. The frame design is awesome so I ordered couple of times. However, one (out of two ordered) frames in my second order was damaged during shipping and delivery. I try to contact their customer service, but they neither pick up phone calls nor response to email, very disappointed!

Worst company that Walmart uses. Rip you off and do nothing about it. 1 star because I have to but actually 5 star minus.

Ordered a cat carrier. Two bolts missing. Door won't close properly. Can latch bottom, not top due to molded piece that blocks closure. They have responded, not sure if the issue will be resolved. Will not order from them again.

Ordered a $239 dining table and chairs and received a lady bug child’s riding toy. Can’t get a response from seller. Walmart is helping but it looks like I will be cancelling and getting a refund. i keep wondering if a parent was excited to get lady bug toy and is stuck with my dining table and chairs

Called walmart who transferred me to karmas far inc. this is regarding a swing i ordered that came with missing parts. They told me they were going to review whether I return what i have or they were going to send me a new set.

Ordered a $49.99 riding toy. Got my package today. It is a $16.99 photo frame.

How do you mix them two up. Cannot get through to anyone at Walmart.com

Purchased a large heavy duty portable kennel plastic cat dog carrier cage airline Large Blue in color. Item arrived with a foul smelling odor that has not gone away. Affraid that it will make my pet sick. The smell has made me sick at times. They have not reached out to me about an product exchange. I did like the construction of the carrier but the odor I cannot handle.

Horrible service in having emailed 3 times with inquiry and gotten no response!

Recently I purchased a shoe bench through Walmart from Karmas. Unfortunately, one leg arrived with a small crack. I contacted Karmas customer service with this issue and they were great! The Karmas representative was courteous and quickly resolved the problem. Thank you so much! Five plus stars!
