Seller REFUSES to cancel order with in minutes of being placed.(15 min or less) States it's been processed. Walmart web page loaded WRONG SIZE product to cart. BUYER BEWARE! Walmart stores WILL NOT ACCEPT returns from independent sellers. Wallmart Associate at LOCAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IN WALMART STORE advised AGAINST placing orders with 3rd party sellers?
BUYER BEWARE! Using Walmart's website, I ordered 2 Extra Large Men's Aprons, but received 2 UV Ray protection long sleeved men's t-shirts. Walmart provided a return label to send the items to JustBlanks. Once they received return notice from FedEx, JustBlanks sent word that the appropriate aprons were on their way. Instead I received 2 tiny, child size aprons suitable for a pre-schooler.
Walmart should drop this vendor from its lineup.
I purchased 2 shirts for my husband on Dec. 8. I received them on Dec. 14th. I requested to return them on January 9th. On January 13th, I received an email that says it has passed the 30-day return window. It clearly states on my Walmart account that I have until January 14th to return the items. I would NOT recommend using this company at all. Walmart should NOT allow this company to sell on their site. I will NOT be ordering from this site again.
Ordered sweatpants, delivery date was Dec 15th its now the 21st and now the tracking says its labeled but not in the system. Tried contacting seller and no answer. Walmart, who they sell through, needs to drop them as a seller!
I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter as part of a Halloween costume. The delivery date was 10/29, then it changed to 11/2. I contacted the seller through Walmart’s customer service and they told me I would have to return it after it was delivered, even though it had been less than an hour after I made the purchase. The only way to contact is through Walmart’s email chain. Took them 2 days to respond the first time. Then I did not realize that I could not return the shirt at Walmart, so I sent my daughter to return it at the store and she was told we had to contact the seller for returns. On December 6, I emailed Just Blanks to explain that I had been sick with COVID for 3 weeks and under the impression the return could be done at the store. The response was that it was past 30 days and they cannot refund me. So, they do not adhere to their shipping dates and they obviously have not suffered from COVID to be able to show some empathy to return an item 34 days after it was delivered late and useless to me since I had to purchase another short for $30 that would actually be delivered on time.
Honestly the worst customer service ever! The only thing they have done is reply to email but with a form letter response that doesn’t tell you anything. Walmart should not allow them to sell on their platform. They are dishonest and do a terrible job at business!!!!!
Ordered a couple shirts for my daughter for Halloween I paid an extra $21.95 for shipping so they would arrive the day before this is now 2 days after Halloween and still no shirts I want a full refund for the shipping charge but have not been offered any compensation for them ruining my daughters Halloween
The item I ordered from the Walmart app. was exactly what I hoped for except it came with no tags, no packaging, it had a few lint balls on it and a human hair!! I expected a brand new product in brand new packaging with brand new tags attached. I will be returning it to Walmart.
Purchased a pair of A4 Lined Tricot Mesh shorts early August - ordered 3X - although what I received was labeled 3X - the actual size was XL at the largest--mis-marked. Went thru the Walmart website to request a return - HAD TO PAY FOR THE RETURN - then after multiple emails with this seller promising a refund. I had to go thru Walmart customer service and wait on phone for 30min+ to FINALLY GET Walmart's promise of a processed refund. I will NEVER buy from this seller again.
RETURNS ARE A HASSLE....I AGREE.....AND YOU PAY SHIPPING EVEN IF YOU CANCEL SAME DAY! BEWARE!!
Ok, with all the challenges out there, this company is hassling me about a purchase that is 60 days old, new, tags and receipt. I couldn't return it to Walmart until this week, and I was told it would have to go to this vendor. They are just hassling me over and over. It's only 16$, but come on.
