Upon placing my last order, the total changed after my payment was accepted. I used the promo code during checkout. The website messed up my order. I called directly and then emailed the next day. Both in person service and the email were rude, assuming and down right condescending. Telling me how this is the one and only courtesy refund they’ll extend. I’ve been a long time customer. But am considering looking elsewhere. I’m in the people business, this was beyond wrong.
