I ordered from Walmarts website a jumper blood pressure monitor and a jumper child thermometer. I received the tracking number and checked periodically on the order to see it hasn't updated in 6 days, stuck in illinois or just arrived there? I contacted Walmart chat and her response was lost in transit after checking. Since it was a 3rd party supplier their saying I have 2 options. One... Have jumper reorder and deliver. Two... Refund. I am choosing refund but here is the kicker, I have to go through jumper for the refund by waiting for them to contact me via email in 2 business days. If they don't contact me... Walmart chat says will discuss. And yes.. They took the money out of my account right away. I like others didn't notice the 3rd party provider on the page. I'll order from Amazon and the department brick building from here on out.

I purchased a fitness tracker watch as I am trying to monitor my health and lose weight. I went on Walmart .com to look at watches and found one that I liked. Call me naive but I did not realize that it didn’t come directly from Walmart. It came from this company, whom I would learn has very poor business ethics. Come to find out watch didn’t have the features I understood it to from the ad so I went to return it to Walmart who told me I had to go directly through Jumper. I emailed the,, they asked the problem, I explained it didn’t have what my doctor recommended I needed in a tracker and they told me to ship it back in original packaging to an Illinois address. Which I did, provided the tracking number to them, only to be told I would receive my refund LESS A RESTOCKING FEE OF 20%. On top of that I purchased the additional protection plan (kind of like extended warranty) and was not refunded that amount nor was it addressed when I brought it up to the company three times during emails. The person at the company said it’s in their policy, well I purchased on Walmart, not directly from their website so I had no idea. I requested my Full refund including protection fee and they are not responding. I’m extremely dissatisfied, disgusted, and angry! Do not buy from them EVER! Walmart needs to drop them from their sellers

I have been waiting for over a week for product. USPS says they have no idea where it is - wait another couple of weeks and call back. Walmart is TOTALLY no help as they say we will contact the seller - not our problem. Contacting the seller - phone number listed is not in service.

Where is my fitness tracker that I ordered at the end of July? I was told I would get it between August 4-8. I paid for it and I don't have it. I wish I had looked up this scam/scum company before I bought it. I will be contacting Walmart about this; I will also have Capital one take it off my account. And yes, why hasn't Walmart gotten rid of this scumbag outfit?

Do not order from this company...Same problem as everyone else...Never have received shipment. Was originally told that product had been sent on April 21st. (Pulse Oximeter). Package ended up being shipped out on May 16... After 3 emails... They used Pitney Bowes and it arrived in Grapevine ,Texas on May 21....at a Pitney Bowes and still sits...was never passed off to USPS fo delivery here in Dallas..Walmart ended up giving me a refund.....emails received are in broken english with no identity of the person given. A four year old can right a better email..

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I placed an order only to have it cancelled a week later. It took forever to get in touch with anybody. Was promised I’d be contacted back, but never was. I placed the order a second time only to have it cancelled again for no reason! Worst shopping experience.

Product shipped 4/23 (false tracking number) from Ontario, California. Same tracking number on Walmart.com shows in Bensonville, IL. Original delivery date of 5/5 - now delayed as of 5/5. I have reached out to Jumper multiple times to refund my money, as it has now been over 1 month. They say it has shipped as of 5/5 but could not provide tracking. Then when I inquired again, they say it was delayed in a queue and has now shipped. Still no tracking information. They take too long to respond. My guess is they do not have the actual product to ship (2 thermometers) and are stealing money at this point. Walmart has been no help of course, as it's a 3rd party. Walmart is essentially allowing this company to steal from its customers. I don't need the product anymore, and I don't need to shop at Walmart either. This is ridiculous. I saw they were on Amazon too, I'll be leaving a review if I can there as well.

Like so many others, we placed an order for an Infant no touch thermometer. My credit card was charged and the tracking info. states the order is delayed with a last known location in Illinois - May 6. We've reached out to Jumper (Seller/Shipper) as well as Walmart chat the middle of May - with no response/resolution. Today, I reached out via Walmart chat again and I'm told I have a full refund coming in 3-5 business days.....guess we'll see. DO NOT ORDER FROM JUMPER MEDICAL EQUIPMENT! As you can see in the reviews - this is normal business activity for this company. Kick them off your site, Walmart!

This company needs to be shut down. They make delivery promises they can't keep and do not respond to shipment problems. I will never order from them again.

Ordered a thermometer on May 9th , showed it was picked up by a USPS shipping partner on the May 13th. USPS is awaiting the package, and as of today, they still do not have it. I emailed the company yesterday and have not heard back as of now. Judging the previous reviews, I won't be getting an email.

I received my fitness tracer. I charged it and it seemed to be working, however the app that is supposed to work with will not work. I downloaded it and I could not get it to enter my settings. It would only sync to my phone. So I basically can't even use this as a watch since I can't change the time. I will not buy from this vendor again. It does not reflect well on Walmart either.

If I could give this less than one star, I would.
