I ordered a JBL FLip4 Speaker. Like everyone else, it took a month to arrive and several emails with the vendor. It arrived in a damaged container. Walmart wouldn't help at the store. Contacted Walmart.com via a chat which took several attempts to get them to refund the money. I did get a refund though. I returned the speaker to JBL who returned it to me stating it was not a JBL product. I can no longer find them on Walmart for this product so hopefully they were banned. Con artists! The phone number always said it was busy. I took it as meaning it was a bad number.

Don't do Buisness with these people if you don't want to get roped off. I bought a JBL Pulse 3 from this seller and got junk. The package came a month after I ordered it and wasn't new, was damaged because they put nothing but thin bubble wrap around it and put it in an plastic bag. I have tried to contact with no response to resolve and Walmart is no help because they day the have no control over 3rd party vendors. Total loss and never will never order from Walmart or vendor again.

If I can give them negative star I would. Product arrived weeks later, broken inside out, charger missing, and it won't be fully charged, died within an hr playing music while charging. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I emailed them but they weren't responsive. I've never purchased anything from such terrible, shameless business owner. Hope one day this seller will gain some conscience.

I ordered the JBL pulse 3 speaker and didn’t get that, instead I got a piece of plastic, super fake!

Ordered the JBL Xtreme speaker and it came broken. The speaker looks fake and the phone number on the site is no good. Walmart gave me a full refund and said to keep the speaker which is no use for me. Don’t buy from juju emporium.

Walmart did refund my money. I went ahead and ordered the JBL Xtreme off Amazon. A week after the refund, the "JBL Xtreme" from Walmart/JuJu's Emporium came in. At this point I already had the JBL Xtreme from Amazon. I called Walmart to see if they wanted me to ship it back. They told me just to keep it. I took the speaker out of the packaging and compaired it to the JBL Xtreme from Amazon. ***THE JBL XTREME FROM WALMART/JUJU’S EMPORIUM IS FAKE!!!*** Not even close to the real thing.

I left a review earlier and we still have not received the speaker. However, Walmart did issue us a full refund within a few hours of chatting with their customer service.

Worst company ever. Walmart should be ashamed to do business with them. Over a month to receive a product and cannot get a straight answer from them. Both them and walmart basically stole my money. They are incompetent and unreliable

What a disappointment. After going through the same reviews as everyone else, my JBL FLIP 4 finally came in the mail. However when I opened it, it was a Dam FAKE. I would suggest to any one wanting a genuine product, DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE...JUJU'S EMPORIUM. Not only is the speaker FAKE, but the Customer Service is NON Existent, Contact phone has been disconnected, email does not work. The FAKE speaker sounds OK, but I don't know what a real one sounds like. So today I ordered one from JBL, a few bucks more, but hopefully they will send a real one. The other big disappointment is that these reviews have been going on for quite a few months. SHAME ON YOU WALMART FOR LETTING A SCAMMER SELL PRODUCTS ON YOUR WEBSITE, AND NOT STOPPING IT RIGHT NOW. My reviews are a carbon copy of these previous reviews. My son ordered this on July 6 and it's now August 2 with no speaker. I will not settle for this. Do not buy from them!

I was excited to see the price of the JBL flip 4 speaker, because it was quite a bit less than other sites. Iv'e been wanting this speaker for some time now....so I neglected to read the reviews. BIG MISTAKE ! I ordered on July 9th, they said it would be delivered July 27th. Here it is Aug.1st and still no speaker. Received an apology email 5 days ago telling me it would be delivered in 3 days....guess what NO SPEAKER. If you are reading this review...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. It is a scam in Walmart marketplace. The reviews i have read go back a few months, so why has Walmart allowed this to continue to go on? SHAME ON YOU WALMART.

I ordered a JBL Flip 3 Splash proof Bluetooth speaker from Walmart did not realize that it was not from them. Ordered July 5 my granddaughter should have received July 18 for her birthday . Contacted they said ship out 3 days should receive. did not received contacted said to give me a refund they said just ship out get in 5 days. Still not get. I am beyond annoyed with the service looking bad for Walmart. I am contacting my charge card company and starting the process for a refund. can't rate them you want let me give them 0 stars.

I’m pissssssed with a capital P I ordered 2inch babyliss flat irons well guess what it took a whole month to get here finally!!! But the packaging was horrible and they where FAKEEEEEEEEE like really Walmart I thought you was better than that to let ppl Scam off your website smfh now I’m out of 70 dollars and Walmart doesn’t back they customers up be careful who you order from trying to save a penny Walmart sucks and very stingy Like they don’t make billions of dollars off their customers but can’t help when something goes bad !!!

Same issue with JBL speaker as everyone else. Ordered on July 7th and never received the speaker. Called Walmart.com support. JuJus phone number was disconnected so they sent them an email. JuJus emailed me a day later saying they had a shipping issue and I should recieve the speaker in 3 days. The tracking number shows the item shipped weight was under 1lb. This is obviously not the jbl speaker. Speaker did not arrive in 3 days so I called walmart.com again and asked for a refund. They said the refund should take 5 days to process.

Same here with JBL speaker. ordered and nothing has still arrived 3 weeks later. Contacted seller and said problem with order, will be there in 3 days. I was a bit wary after this and thinking it was a knockoff anyway. i called WalMart.com customer service and they refunded my money instantly.

im reading the reviews and it seems like everyone had the same issues as I did. well, I actually did receive the item, but it is fake. will never deal with walmart again.

Ordered JBL speaker on 7-9, was to be received on 7-20. Sent email on 7-21 when not received and the tracking numbers showed nothing, JuJu responded on 7-23 that it was just shipped and to be received on 7-26, no speaker has yet to be received. Reached out to Walmart and Walmart responded with a formatted letter that the seller is to be contacted directly. This should be a fun mess attempting to get money back, if we can even get our money back. Walmart.com doesn't seem to care that there is a seller scamming customers. The speaker may not even be a real JBL. Zero star rating if it was allowed.

Placed an order on July 4th. My acct. has already been debited for my purchase. Still no JBL speaker!!! Was suppose to arrive 18th. Emailed them received an email back saying problem with shipping but would receive in 3 days, which should of been the 24th of month. Well you guessed it nothing has arrived... Grrr! Buyers beware

Ordered speaker over 2 weeks ago thru Walmart. Says it was supposed to be delivered a week ago. Lies!! Don't order from them.

I'm reading the comments and I guess I was scammed too, I'm waiting for a speaker for 2 weeks and not signal at all what happens..very disappointed with juju and Walmart.com
