Yep he just got me , most unethical person Iv ever dealt with, the box came, and it was so tore up. It looks like it just come from a junkyard. Every item in the box was chipped, damaged gouged, and was advertised as a finished product and they want you to put it on your brand. New truck contacted him to remedy the situation. He got all aggressive and then cried like a baby when I got aggressive back situation still has not been resolved Amazon prime should remove this vendor from their platform by the time I’m done I think that’s going to happen.

Flat out Do Not Buy any product from this shady vendor . There should be a Do Not Recommend Rating instead of a One star minimum. I should have read the reviews of Juiced Auto Parts one star Really ??. Bought a bedslide for my pickup off Amazon which the vendor is Juiced Auto Parts. Price was advertised $780.98 ordered it and it came up as $918 no explanation figured I missed a sale, its Amazon and price fluctuates I get it . Bought it anyway and it was delivered as a half open box, its torn open on the end two of the three straps holding the box together are missing . My security cams show it arrived that way. I wasn't home to refuse it. It takes a LOT of force to break those packing straps! I don't care if it fell off a building or slid along the freeway those straps do not just fall off. You cut them off with aviation cutters or diagonal wire cutters , bottom line, it was shipped that way. I suspect Juiced Auto Parts sell return items for cheaper prices which is a new sales tactic on Amazon that new vendors are doing. Mounting hardware and instructions were missing . Immediately called the 800 number on the side and reported it . The girl on the other end gave me an email to send pictures. The email bounced back not a valid email address, I called again a couple of times no answer. Finally I called from my wife's phone and they immediately answered Hmm weird . Soon as I gave them the order number they hung up. Really ?? Come on!! All I want is a corrected email address to send pictures and remedy the sales . I can can buy some stainless screws and mounting hardware and figure it out . Don't want to send it back even via Amazon and take a chance on losing $1000 for some unknow screwup. Plus I need a return shipping # this thing is 70lbs and UPS prob wouldn't take this oversized overweight package . Biggest Problem I have with the vendor is when I clicked on "Buy Again" the price comes up as a new discounted price of $702 !! $918 to $702 price drop you do the math . The Vendor Name , item part number, order number is shown on the screen, you can't tweak a screen shot . I sent the screenshots to the vendor via Amazon showing all this information expecting a price adjustment of the $216 since price dropped 6 days after I bought it . Vendor denies its them and I quote, "it below cost and in violation of Cargo Glide policy" broken english You be the judge. Its a Jotto Cargo Slide , not sure where Cargo Glide brand came from . After sending him screenshots of the lower price with "their name on the screenshot and the $702 price" . This idiot still denies it's them , Really??? How can I make this any clearer??? I'm going to report to Amazon ,Jotto AND Cargo Glide and ask if they know this Vendor is bait and switching their product via third party excuses. They're the ones ultimately taking the $$$ loss . Funny thing is I even told the vendor I'm going to probably need another 8 of these things for the crew. Bottom line look at ALL the other reviews from Juiced Auto Parts and you'll realize they are only rated ONE freaking star. How in the world do you screw up a drop shipment !! I do hope Jotto pulls their product line from this vendor He's not helping their sales at all ..

The part I order never was delivered, it took a month and 1/2 to get may money back , they seem to be very useless company

Rip-off artist. Paul will take your money and send you garbage, then make getting your money back nearly impossible.
