I have been waiting for a response of any kind from this seller regarding a product that arrived damaged. Note: the product arrived 2 days before my scheduled assembly. The person who was paid through Walmart had me watch while he opened the product because of "past known issues," and sure enough, the casing was cracked. The assembler believes the unit itself will still function. However, until I can come to a resolution with the seller I declined assembly. Unfortunately, I did not "cancel" it appropriately so now I am out the cost of the product plus the additional assembly fee, and I can't even get a response from the seller after 4 outreaches (and counting). Soon I'll start sharing this horrible experience on various social media platforms I use.

This seller is totally a SCAMMER!!! As others have said, they refused to send me a shipping label. Emailing back and forth to make sure that the 30 day window has expired. And, Walmart was of no help whatsoever. It certainly doesn't say much for Walmart that they choose to deal with such shady business, even if you can call this company a business!! Can't rate them as there are no minus stars to choose from.

I have purchased an umbrella since May 15, 2023. I have been trying to return it ever since I received it missing parts to assemble it and no instructions. I tried returning it in person to Walmart only to be giving a receipt that states Joyever is a 3rd party vendor and they do not accept their returns and that I would have to contact Walmart.com for further assistance. I have contacted Walmart.com and have been going back and forth for more than a month in emails. These people are heartless and relentless. The umbrella I received honestly looked like it was a return that had been reshipped out. Why would I be missing assembly parts. I have asked for my money back to show good faith to Walmart I ordered a second one that was not sold by their 3rd party vendor and it was complete. This is why I do not understand why Walmart would allow their 3rd party vendors to take advantage of their loyal customers. This is not fair and I am not giving up on seeking a resolution I have no money to give away. I am a senior citizen and being taking advantage of in a big way. I want my money back and they can take their incomplete items they sent me back and never have to worry about another order from their 3rd party vendors again. This is wrong on so many levels. You cant steal peoples money. My quest is still for continuing justice. Buyer beware do not order from this vendor Joyoever or any other 3rd party vendor because you will not get any assistance from Walmart.com just the run around until you throw in the towel. I give them a 000 rating.

Very bad service will not accept returns on products like chainsaws. I bought one and it didn't start from the get go. Bad company to purchase from don't buy from them. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

I received a cool vertical raised garden bed. I live in a small apartment, I was so excited to plant flowers this year!! I have bought soil, flowers & tomato plants. I have the 5 flower pots filled with soil & plants. Now I need to build the entire planter. My problem?? NO INSTRUCTIONS!! And Walmart couldn’t help me. HOW CAN I GET INSTRUCTIONS SENT TO ME??

Bought a tiered garden planter that is piece of junk, instructions were junk, parts mislabeled. It basically was a puzzle. Why does Walmart allow this seller on its website? Joyoever even provides Walmart with inaccurate phone number. No stars!

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PERSON!! Quick to take your money and ship your item, but don't try returning it! You will never get a response or a refund. If they had minus stars he would get a MINUS 10 from me!

I ordered a 300.00 elliptical through walmart marketplace, (walmart took my money) and received a dollar store package of plastic butterflies.

Got chain saw worked 6 months, now won't start. Can't get in contact with anyone! What do I do?

BAD. So so very bad. Sent a broken item and then REFUSED to take their broken crap back. Fought with them for over a month. Total scam company. Save you money! Go somewhere else!! You will regret buying from them. Wish there were 0 starts. Horrible. Run! Run away as fast as you can. SCAM!!

The absolute worst. Ordered an expensive exercise bike and it was delivered with missing parts. It’s been almost 2 months and I’ve not used it cause I’m waiting for a stupid part. If I was to use it I’d be back door violated as it is the seat assembly that’s missing. Was professionally assembled so I can’t just bring it back and throw it at someone. This company sucks!

This seller is a big SCAM. He refuses to accept returns. He refuses to send me shipping label. After sending emails back and forth for 10 days and negotiating with me about partial refund, he tells me that i missed the 30 days window for the full refund. My first attempt to return the item was within the 30 days window. Save yourself the trouble and don't make the same mistake like i did. The worst experience ever!
