I ordered a 3 ft tall flamingo skeleton from Walmart! Was this not the case. It was Joybuy. After 4 weeks I got a 6 inch tall crow and a deer christmas ornament. I have left them emails but after reading these reviews I probably won't hear from them. I am disputing this on my cc and will be contacting walmart. Horrible company and I have never liked walmart so this is the icing on the cake, no more walmart!! Not a one star at all but this is the lowest rating they allow you to pur! 0 IT IS!

They appear to have deceptive business tactics, tell customer items are shipped from California, which is reported through Walmart app.

Items are really shipped from china, as far as o can tell.

I attempted to contact California office, just a long recording about how to return or request tracking.

Every response is through email.

I'm sure I'll get my order but much late. Just don't like being lied to.

If they were up front about shipping, I would have still purchased.

Thought you Asian community was about honor and face.

August 2nd estimated time of delivery anytime by 9:00 p.m. . 8 days delayed before package is found. In the hand of shipping partner DING HONG. A total of 18 days waiting for a package they should have taken 3 days to deliver when everything was sent out on the 20th sat in the shipping partners possession for 14 days. And no one knew where my package was no one kept track of it. I know August 2nd I will receive my package if it doesn't get lost. This is the second time I ordered the same package it's the second time it got lost in delivery and was delayed 18 days. You need to change your shipping partner and have a better way of tracking the package.

I wish I could give them negative stars. As soon as I ordered one of their items from Walmart, they changed the delivery date from 3 days to 3 weeks. So I cancelled. I received an email that I’d get a refund in 3-5 days, yes it was already fully charged BEFORE shipping, which never came. When I contacted Walmart they said it was already shipped before cancellation, which was flat out lie. They never refunded, never shipped, but luckily Walmart handled it for me, giving me a promo code. Even tho I appreciate that greatly, it wasn’t their problem and Joybuy should be responsible !

I ordered an electric teapot with a duster cover ; the dust cover came but NO tea pot ! I contacted Joybuy and still no response ! A tiny little piece of green plastic is not worth $7.69 !! The item ( tea pot ) was on a clearance sale !

Either they need to get my tea pot here or make a FULL refund !

I ordered a 100 piece decor set with the tired tray December 20, 2022. I received 5 decor items. I have contacted Walmart 5 times, they keep saying JOY BUY will contact me with in 48 hours. I have never heard from them except once, saying my order has been shipped. I want even give them 1 star because this is the worst company to buy from.

Ordered a gift on 12/5/22. I never received it. I left several messages and no one would ever contact me back although I would get an email from Walmart saying the seller would be contacting me. Today is 12/24/22 it still says delayed with no way to get a refund on the app. Very frustrated and annoyed.

Ordered an item through WalMart from this company on May 7th, which I still have not received. Tried to email the seller numerous time and of course they give you the run around. They reply without answering any of the question I have asked and word the email in a way that makes it sound like you are being scammed, using words that they think make them sound professional. They have an address listed in Irvine, Ca, obviously this is not where this item is coming from. Terrible. I have second thoughts about ordering from the WalMart, especially if they deal with these types of businesses. I'm taking the one star I left just so I can get this posted and giving a big fat O.

I really need the option for a negative 10 review rating. Shame on Walmart for hosting Joybuy Express. Their business practices are slimy and fraudulent.I have never encountered such shoddy customer service.

In March, I ordered 12 spring wreaths, for my church. Delivery by Easter was promised. It was not fulfilled as indicated. I tried to cancel the order but was told it was not possible because the items were "in transit". I was originally told the order was to be delivered by DHL. When contacted, DHL could not assist. Then I was told that I needed to contact my local Post Office to make arrangements for delivery, as the order was too large to be delivered on the regular route. The post office had no packages and the tracking number provided was not valid. There was more of the same over the next two months. To date, I have received 3 of the 12, none of which we could use. The 3 received were very poorly packaged. I didn't open the packages, wrote "refused" on the outside and took them to the Post Office. Still no refund for all. One of the packages I refused showed up at my door AGAIN!. There is no way to speak to Joybuy. You must leave a voicemail or email them. They do respond, although the English is very poor and they seem to have trouble comprehending my email requests. Here I am nearly two months after placing the order, and still no resolution. We have exchanged 15+ emails. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

ordered a digital clock, and it came without instructions how to set it. Very hard to try and figure this out. I would never buy from this company again. I do not understand why a company like Walmart would have dealings with them.
